Vacation rentals with breakfast in Old Town, Bologna

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Elisa è stata molto gentile e premurosa. Il posto è accogliente e molto carino. Una nota speciale per l’angolo giardino. Ottimo anche per la colazione.

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

Abbiamo alloggiato per un concerto all’Unipol Arena che si trova a pochissimi minuti dalla struttura . Appartamento bellissimo, moderno e pulitissimo , dotato di ogni comfort e molto spazioso . Cucina Top . Parcheggio interno molto comodo . A pochi minuti di auto da Bologna e allo stesso tempo in un contesto di campagna, ottimo anche per passare dei giorni in relax . Roberto e Francesca sono persone fantastiche , molto alla mano e con una gentilezza che li contraddistingue . Si vede nei piccoli dettagli la passione che hanno messo per creare e arredare l’appartamento . Siamo restati una sola notte ma siamo soddisfatti a pieno . Ne ho girati tanti ma questo è Un 5 stelle meritatissimo , torneremo .

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento molto grande e molto comodo, con due bagni e dieci posti letto. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno e una dispensa ricca di cibo per la colazione. Non ci è davvero mancato nulla, avevamo a disposizione anche microonde, macchinetta del caffè e tostapane. Priscilla è un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevolissimo e alloggio molto consigliato.

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. A very quiet and safe residence. Easy parking. Reasonable space. You can do laundry, which is very convenient. Self-check-in is also a highlight.

Brilliant communication from the host from start to finish, lovely clean and central apartment with all modern conveniences. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep we’re definitely recommend.

Our stay was smooth and easy from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet – just what we needed. We were five adults and one child and the space worked perfectly for all of us. If we come back to Bologna, we would gladly stay here again. Definitely a recommendation!

It is just great. Not a travellers airbnb, to get a cheap accomodation...it is also not private. It is exactly what and how airbnb started. A super nicw, very beaitiful furnitured house and room with a perfect view on the landscape. It iy super calm and nice, but you can only reach well by car. an extraordinary experience, which is by far better than the nowadays way too expensive flats in cities, selling their shitty rooms quite over priced. We really enjoywd our stay a lot, Laura is great, talks excellently English and will make you feel welcome. wonderful and one of my best experiences in airbnb, even though I mostly give 4 or 5 stars, if price and service ratio was okay. The location of this apartment is perfect and the building itself is beautiful. The bedroom is exactly like the photo and we had access to a separate bathroom which was clean and has a hairdryer. Piero was a kind and responsive host, who gave excellent recommendations and helped us make a reservation for dinner in Italian. Each morning he set out a small breakfast and coffee to start our day which was lovely. The host lives in a separate side of the apartment so although it is shared we had a lot of privacy. We would definitely come again!

Leonardo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist zentral und auch gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles, was für einen angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt nötig ist. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Giuilia was a great host, and her apartment is beautiful, with fantastic furnishings, her art, and everything right down to the beautiful lamps in the rooms, and the tap-wear in the bathroom and the kitchen! Great location, great recommendations, and a great host! If (when!) I return to Bologna I'm sure to book Giuilia's place well in advance!

Luca and his father Leonardo provided a peaceful environment for my travels . The room was comfortable with ample closet space . Breakfast was simple with a great cup of espresso !! I was a 15-20 min walk to the metro . There is a grocery store close by . I was also able to get my laundry done while I was on a day trip !!

La casa era perfetta per la mia famiglia, calda e accogliente, ogni stanza con il suo bagno e la cucina tutta a nostra disposizione, abbiamo avuto una bellissima vacanza! Situazione logistica perfetta, giusta distanza con il centro. Parcheggio per la macchina molto vicino. Grazie

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.

If we could give Stefano and his wife more than 5 stars, we would in a heartbeat. They are truly a treasure, as is their B&B that they so kindly run. The location itself is wonderful, peaceful, and makes you feel like you’re in heaven. Then, Stefano and his wife are so kind, joyful, and intentional. They go above and beyond, and share their wonderful knowledge of Italy, food, and their numerous fruit/herb plants that they tend to and create yummy creations from! We left feeling like we just visited with family 🤍 We can’t recommend this place enough!
