Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bologna

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, in all respects. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

We stayed for a concert at the Unipol Arena, which is just a few minutes from the property. Beautiful, modern and very clean apartment, equipped with every comfort and very spacious. Top kitchen. Very convenient indoor parking. A few minutes' drive from Bologna and at the same time in a countryside setting, it is also great for spending relaxing days. Roberto and Francesca are fantastic people, very approachable and with a kindness that sets them apart. You can see the passion they put into creating and decorating the apartment in the small details. We only stayed one night, but we are fully satisfied. I've been to many, but this is a well-deserved 5-star, we'll be back.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

I enjoyed the home very much. We came in late and Laura was very accommodating with our arrival. She sent pictures of the house and instructions with how to get in. Her cat was most gracious welcoming us into the home. He/she was so friendly and my son loved every moment. Laura was even up early the next morning introducing herself and her dog to us! Laura left us with everything we needed for our stay and even a few treats in the refrigerator. She was very hospitable and friendly. I only wish we could’ve enjoyed the home longer. We didn’t book enough time to just relax in what is a very nice area and home. It seemed incredibly quiet and safe. The house is found after climbing a mountain by car. The scenery was spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

Lovely large apartment in a quiet area, easy walk in to town. Great parking spot, comfortable bed…appreciated the water and snacks provided. Would recommend

We really enjoyed this place, Guido is a very friendly host, very responsive, very welcoming, the apartment was spotless, spacious, there were 6 of us, it was perfect. Our hosts had filled the fridge and cabinets so we could make great breakfast, everything was perfect. The location 30mn walk from the center, close to public transport was a much appreciated plus, we did everything on foot. A very nice stay in a beautiful city. We stayed at Giada's place for 3 nights and it was as described, perfect for what we were looking for. Check in instructions were easy to follow and Giada has been a great host.

Brilliant communication from the host from start to finish, lovely clean and central apartment with all modern conveniences. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep we’re definitely recommend.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, very close to the main monuments. There are also a variety of restaurants and bars nearby for a drink at night, but not so close as to notice the noise at night. The apartment is very nice, well-kept and has everything you need to feel at home, and Stefania also includes some breakfast items. On the other hand, keep in mind that this is a fourth floor without an elevator. Communication with Stefania was very good, she provided us with information about events in the city, restaurants and bars, and was flexible both at check-in and check-out.

The apartment was clean and much bigger than we expected.The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our 7 night break.Giorgio was a great host answering any queries we had.I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends.

Our stay was smooth and easy from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet – just what we needed. We were five adults and one child and the space worked perfectly for all of us. If we come back to Bologna, we would gladly stay here again. Definitely a recommendation!

Sandra's place was exactly as described, clean, great place to relax! Sandra and her husband welcomed us very kindly!! The breakfast was a dream to be in. Price-performance is absolutely right and we felt very comfortable.

It is just great. Not a travellers airbnb, to get a cheap accomodation...it is also not private. It is exactly what and how airbnb started. A super nicw, very beaitiful furnitured house and room with a perfect view on the landscape. It iy super calm and nice, but you can only reach well by car. an extraordinary experience, which is by far better than the nowadays way too expensive flats in cities, selling their shitty rooms quite over priced. We really enjoywd our stay a lot, Laura is great, talks excellently English and will make you feel welcome. wonderful and one of my best experiences in airbnb, even though I mostly give 4 or 5 stars, if price and service ratio was okay. I had a wonderful 2 night stay with Pierro. I could not speak more highly of him as a host. Very friendly and responsive while still giving you space to enjoy his facilities and come and go easily. I had a bicycle and difficult luggage to store and he helped me with it all. I will vouch for the quality of his yoghurt which other reviews have admired also. His apartment is an easy walk to all you must see in Bologna. Thank you Pierro.

Luca and his father Leonardo provided a peaceful environment for my travels . The room was comfortable with ample closet space . Breakfast was simple with a great cup of espresso !! I was a 15-20 min walk to the metro . There is a grocery store close by . I was also able to get my laundry done while I was on a day trip !!

A nice bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Perfect for the one night stay we needed. Never had an issue sharing the bathroom and Ilaria left many options for breakfasts that we could grab to eat on the train to our next stop. Definitely recommend for a quick stay!

If we could give Stefano and his wife more than 5 stars, we would in a heartbeat. They are truly a treasure, as is their B&B that they so kindly run. The location itself is wonderful, peaceful, and makes you feel like you’re in heaven. Then, Stefano and his wife are so kind, joyful, and intentional. They go above and beyond, and share their wonderful knowledge of Italy, food, and their numerous fruit/herb plants that they tend to and create yummy creations from! We left feeling like we just visited with family 🤍 We can’t recommend this place enough!

I stayed at this vacation home with my girlfriend. Clean room and private bathroom, tidy shared kitchen. No disturbance from other tenants.

Lovely room and bathroom - spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and hosts were really flexible and friendly. We stayed there to relax by the pool (had just been opened for summer at end May), there were some nice villages nearby and somewhere for hiking and close to airport. Would recommend!
