We had an enchanting stay, welcomed with kindness, professionalism and authentic attention to detail. Each room reflects care and passion, making the experience warm and memorable. A place we recommend for those looking for comfort, serenity and hospitality that really leaves its mark.

Our stay was like Wooow! ...we felt like staying at home with a lot better possibilities around us; the location is great; very close to see local attractions: Roman Arena (2min. walking), boats to book dolphins tour(just down stairs!), eating good food ; Jupiter restaurant - 3 min....etc...etc The place it is a beautifuly design flat on a fourth floor (with a lift) with a balcony with a stunning sea side view!! Beds are super comfortable, spacious bathroom and kitchen. It was 5 of us and still plenty of room. A/C works perfectly... I'll tell you that way : book the place before it is too late...

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. This is the second time my best friend and I have rented this stunning apartment because we love it so much! You are 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 10 from Rialto yet it is quiet which makes it the perfect respite from crowds! The apartment is thoroughly modern; it’s as if you’re living inside an editorial spread in Architectural Digest magazine! Note it has three staircases to climb, which was never a problem for us but might be harder on those with mobility issues. The sleek bathroom is spotless with both a soaking tub and luxe shower. A modern washing machine on-site is a great convenience. Internet is lightning-fast. Both bedrooms are spacious with elevated linens and glamorous light fixtures. We left only this morning and have already started planning our next dream visit! The lovely host feels like a friend and takes special care to ensure your every comfort! If it’s available for your dates, book it immediately! As a travel writer this is the best place I’ve ever stayed!

Perfect location for exploring Cinque Terre. Short but stunning walk to train station. The stairs are quite steep, but our children were comfortable descending by the 2nd day. Also, we were concerned the train would be loud, but the high quality patio doors block nearly all the noise.

This is a magnificent apartment. Everything is catered for. The location is excellent.

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

He had a wonderful time and loved our stay. Giovanna was wonderful and very responsive. The CheBateo app was great and the transit card was perfect!

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay in October. Great location, close to the beach and other nearby locations. Very friendly and helpful hosts🙂

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

We had a lovely stay at Matteo’s place. He nicely waited for us at the time of our arrival and greeted us warmly. He gave us a lovely bar/restaurant recommendation and had a great night there. He also told us about a beautiful walk to a panoramic view, and woah that was gorgeous. Great recommendations, great welcome, and lovely place from another time, like an Italian Nona’s home (still very clean and tidy, with modern equipment) Thanks Matteo 🌞

We love Sori and we love Edoardo and Simona's apartment, where we have not stayed for the first time. We would book it again at any time and can only recommend it. Communication with E&S is straightforward and fast, the apartment is clean, well equipped and the view of the sea is unbeatable.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Beatrice is a very welcoming host, full of life with a big smile. She is very responsive which is also very pleasant. His explanations , his advice are great and comparable to a green guide with little tips on top. The accommodation is very good for two people. It's functional, quiet and clean and very well located. we stayed for the May 1st bridge, a very nice apartment recently renovated with two rooms practically on the sea, clean and comfortable. Kind host and responsive in requests, definitely to be recommended

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment that exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean and tidy, with attention to every detail. Nothing was really missing — from the coffee machine to the toaster, from the dishwasher to the other small appliances that make everything more comfortable and functional. But the real highlight was the view: looking out over the marina every morning was simply wonderful, a relaxing and evocative sight that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thanks to Annalisa and Sandro for their hospitality, availability and kindness. We really felt at home and hope to be back soon!

The apartment is in a very convenient location a few meters from the sea and the street with shops. The description and photos match the house, which is really equipped with everything. There are also some nice touches like the coffee maker, macaroons for guests and everything you need to cook. The owners are very nice and kind 😊
