Vacation rentals with a balcony in Northeast Italy

Really lovely apartment which made me feel at home while working away. I absolutely loved the balcony and the shower was great. Host was good and responsive!

Very nice hostess. Beautiful and nice apartment. Modern furnishings. Small kitchen with everything you need. It is a 5-minute walk to the train station or pedestrian zone.

A very beautiful location, perfect for if you want to go hiking/cycling in the countryside, or if you want to take a car to see lakes likes Ledro/Lago del Garda/ Molveno The service was very friendly and welcoming, always available to help or answer any questions. All in all, a very good choice for a relaxing vacation, just be aware of any extra charges like for heating/washing/towels etc.

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

We had an amazing stay during the christmas/new year period. The house is stunning, a beautiful designed house with anything you need for your holiday. The house was clean, the view on the lake is gorgeous and the location was also perfect. Ispra is a cosy, small little italian village on the lago maggiore and we had trips to Milan and also to the mountains for some skiing. Overal a great stay at Judith’s place. She was also very helpful if you have any questions and she responds very quick I absolutely recommend her house to anyone willing to visit the beautiful Lago Thank you Judith!

Everything is great! Very good communication. Everyone has their own key card! Very well organized bread roll service. Very peaceful!

Our stay was fantastic! The chalet was really nice and exactly as described. And the view from the balcony is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Super convenient for the Großglockner high alpine road and a trip into the north of Italy. Hosts were very polite, chatty and friendly, especially when we bumped into them in a nearby restaurant. Thanks so much for hosting us, we will definitely be back! Cheers.

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

If you are looking for a break, you will surely find it here:) We felt very comfortable and were received extremely friendly by Vera and Renzo:) In addition, you can reach a hiking trail directly from the house into the beautiful forests of Italy and Slovenia, but can also relax with a book on the balcony instead. The driveway to the house is something for experienced drivers, but there is also another path to the house that is not quite as steep if needed :)

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

Very comfortable home, tastefully decorated and super equipped. Great bedding, everything was very clean! Last house on the little street, we had a super view of the vineyards. Clean and maintained swimming pool during the stay. A special mention to Iwona who welcomed us and helped! I recommend this location!

house kept in perfect condition and with everything you need, even many books and games available for children very helpful and courteous owner he allowed us to arrive after the established check-in time and also for the departure he had given us the opportunity to stop after the scheduled time to be able to do things calmly we recommend it and I think we'll be back, to enjoy more relaxing days

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

Place was as described. Martina was very responsive to any questions. Great location, easy to walk to many places. Having the garage was nice as well as we had a car during our stay. Would recommend.

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

I definitely recommend this house!On your doorstep is the biggest supermarket and easy access to the main island by bus, great experience, if coming back to Venice I will choose it again, everything is great and the house is clean and comfortable

We loved this place! Traveling with two kids under 3 - the toy room was amazing, so many cool toys! Play pen and highchair provided along with kids plates/ cups. Plenty of books and movies to choose from. Large and clean apartment. Kitchen very well equipped to cook meals Very close to train station - it was easy for us to walk there. Very easy to get to public transit. Cheap all you can eat sushi right outside bedroom window. Large park right across the street. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
