Cabin vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

We were guests for the second time in this beautiful alpine hut and that probably says it all! :) Our first stay in the pre-Christmas season 2023 could hardly have been more beautiful with fresh fresh snow. Also this time at the beginning of March we had fantastic weather - some snow, sunshine every day and blue sky - we can hardly imagine a more relaxing place than Cortinella. The alpine panorama in the tranquility of nature and of course the hot tub are the highlights in this vacation paradise, where we lacked nothing - except maybe enough vacation days ;-) Hopefully we will be back soon!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends, surrounded by nature. The house is equipped with every comfort both inside and outside, we found it very clean and tidy. At check-in we were given all the necessary information for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Borca di Cadore. Driving time to Cortina d’Ampezzo was 20 minutes! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The only small detail was that we had to ask the owner to increase the temperature in the house by one degree, but they were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

We are a young couple and the accommodation offered exactly what we were looking for. Peace and privacy. The cottage is super cozy and the views breathtaking. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a place to get away from the everyday clutter of life this is the spot. When you think you have driven far enough continue on your oasis awaits around the next curve. Trust me, allow the host to drive you from the meeting location. Take your time and enjoy the views through the mountain top villages. The host went above and beyond bringing my partner and I food from his restaurant after a long day traveling. This was a top 5 BND experience for me. I would book again and again.

Very nice location in the pine forest, very good privacy, but also close to few restaurants, ski and cross country areas incl. rent offices. Hiking routes in walking distance. Supermarkets and gas stations are up to 30 mins drive. Very comfortable hot tub and sauna. All we needed was in the house. The house was very clean and fresh. All the equipment was new and functional. Communication was useful and friendly. Owners are very helpful and know the area very good. Very romantic and natural place to stay out of cities and big crowds.

We had a really nice time at the chalet. There was nothing missing. Luana was a very good host. She was always and very quick to respond to requests and was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you very much Luana :)

A really delightful house, with everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation in the wonderful nature that surrounds it. We stayed in the cabin at the end of winter and there was still snow and cold. It also snowed a lot, adding to the magic, but the house has electric heaters everywhere and a beautiful ceramic wood stove that heats everything abundantly. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom and shower are perfect, with hot water. So even if it's a rustic cabin far from modernity, it's actually equipped with every comfort. Silvia is very kind and helpful, we found her house easily and then she personally accompanied us to the cabin. The surroundings are delightful, between trails and ski lifts with two ski slopes right in front, which allows you to leave your car. There's also a delicious restaurant in Obermutten that we recommend. Unforgettable, we already miss it, we will definitely be back. Hi Silvia, thanks for everything. A&C.

Katia's cabin is very nice and its location is secluded, ensuring great privacy, but within walking distance of all amenities. Katia is extremely kind and helpful, communication is always fast. The cabin is brand new, perfectly insulated and the fireplace works wonderfully (great draft, very comfortable opening/closing system). Recommended!

We have a stay at Emanuela's Chalet Ada. It was a great experience! From the first moment we felt at home with the luck of being immersed in the most total tranquility and absolute silence! Fantastic! The cabin has everything you can imagine in a mountain house, including the garden, the wood heats up the environment and you feel pampered! Emanuela was a great host. Available in everything, she gave us a lot of useful tips on how to make the most of our vacation! Thank you!

If you like the tranquility, the diverse nature, the species-rich mixed forests, the Ticino villages with their traditional granite houses - those who like all this will find a paradise in the Rustico of Regina. Absolutely recommended.

What a magical, charming place to stay - this is the cabin that any family would wish to own as a getaway. The location was really great, very rural and quiet. It´s the perfect place to escape and relax. Daniela was so helpful, kind, and responsive with good recommendations. Kitchen well-equipped.

Fantastic peaceful getaway on Lake Como! Cabin was exactly as photos - cozy & comfortable. Location was even more wonderful than photos - pathway along the water next to the semi private beach were both such a joy for our family. We are so happy we found a cabin near the water that our dog can stay with us! Our only regret is not buying more firewood. We definitely hope to be back soon. Andrea was very responsive & easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying at efrems place. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to slow down, this is definitely the place to be. Making the hot water, so heating, was almost a nice ritual in the evening. Our son, 4, was also delighted with the accommodation. We were in daone for bouldering in the area, the val daone is easily accessible via a direct connecting road, partly single lane. Great area, very likeable host. The refugio restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes and is a true feast for lovers of good wild food, price performance top. We will come back for sure.

dreamy chalet, for lovers of mountain, nature and knowing how to arrange this is the perfect place. especially for those who want to escape the worldly life to find the natural spirit the calm and sacred silence of the mountain. Enrico was very kind and friendly and above all super helpful. if you have doubts and curiosities, he will be able to involve you in the local life and giving you tips for magical places to visit nearby. We will definitely be back, we are in love with it.

Very nice house, amazing location in the woods. The owner is extremely friendly.

We had a fantastic stay with Daniela and her family.... The cabin is about a 10-15 minute walk from the farm, but can also be reached by car, but snow chains are recommended in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old son who loved the stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated, everything is available for self-catering. The living room is heated with an oven, which has given us great pleasure. The area is worthwhile for excursions of all kinds, rowing, ice skating, etc. Also good restaurants are nearby (10-15 min drive). The farm stables were freely accessible, there is fresh milk and very trustworthy cats. A special thank you goes to Grandpa Friedel, who also took great care of us. Lastly, a hot bath under the clear starry sky was really great. We will be back :-)

The location of the accommodation is in a beautiful dream location. The wooden house is small but has everything you need. Although personal contact with the owner was not possible, everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend very much.

It's just a business to get there in winter, but once you get inside, you immediately forgot: the view, the luxury of the sleigh and ski slope right next to the door, the magical silence that falls over the mountain in the evening, the darkness, the first descent on a still empty ski slope, the coziness of the house, the nice kitchen.... Thank you Iris and Sami for your help with arrival! We'd love to come back sometime.
