Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

We stayed at our place for a few days and we spent these wonderfully. Since we took our vacation in late summer, we had some services included. That was a very nice bonus to the place. The apartment was modern and clean. Our children also particularly enjoyed Pradas Resort. We went to Kids-Club, teens room, mini golf, in the pool, on the balloon slide outside, large playground seen upstairs, a herd of donkeys and much more. We highly recommend Pradas Resort and would love to come back ourselves. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle🇨🇭💯

The apartment is very, nice, cozy and stylish, equipped with everything necessary. Alessandro was very kind and responsive, give us very useful information and advices about the area. We had complimentary coffee and fruits. Our family was vary happy with our stay

Enjoyed our stay at Il Sogno: great residence, quiet and close to the center, had free indoor parking and everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommended!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is perfect, it’s very clean & tidy & the facilities were great. The location is great for skiing, right next to the gondola and the town centre with bars and restaurants. Martin is really nice, will answer any questions and is quick to respond. Would happily use again.

Niccolo and family was very helpful with the questions, requests, recommendations and transport. Apartment is very nice, shining clean, automated windows. Walking distance to several restaurants, SuperStore supermarket and Gallarate train station. Will stay again for return return trip back to Milan. Highly recommended.

Good location and comfortable apartment

We loved the very comfy beds, the spa, and the overall homey feeling in the apartment.

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment during the autumn time. The room layout with two separate bedrooms incl. Showers and toilet were really great. The kitchen and living room also invited you to linger – and the large daily highlight was the visit of a squirrel on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and Carmen welcomed us warmly and was always available for great tips. The location is super central and everything can be done on foot. We also received an Arosa Card, with which we could use the cable cars for free... and much more. RECOMMENDATION: Visit to the squirrel forest, the bear country and restaurant tip for Grisons specialties: Chalet Campino. We will be back.

Super convenient accommodation that enabled us (my father, sister, and I) to experience Florence. + Smooth and flexible check in and check out. + Clean and well-equipped place. + Location was great with lots of places to eat and artsy stores to look at and shop in. - The building is old and beautiful as the photos show, so don’t expect it to be soundproof. We didn’t hear the apartment next door so much, but one night the neighborhood dogs barked loudly and we all had trouble sleeping (despite earplugs). The next night was fine so maybe bad luck but good to be aware of. - We had some issues with the shower upstairs (to get the water flowing you need to pull out a metal piece, which was unstable / broken), but the shower downstairs worked perfectly. Thanks for the stay, we would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment of Valiantsina is spacious, well placed and connected to the public transportation. Overall, a very good value for money!

Very clean, lovely apartment. Located in a good place for accessibility. Tea/coffee, washing up liquid & loo rolls etc supplied. Very impressed - I would use Numa accommodation again based on this experience.

My stay at Flavio and Cinzias farm was delightful! The room was sparkling clean and property was well taken care of. Everything you could want in a stay was supplied. I would definitely recommend staying with these great hosts!

Mary was a good host. Quick with responses and check in on us while our stay, if we need anything. The location was perfect for us bc it was walkable to our concert location. And the next metro station nearby. The Apartment itself was clean and we could use all of the amenities. We would stay at the Airbnb again next time.

Great stay close to airport. breakfast cafes and amenities only a 6minute walk.

Good place to stay close to Venice (20min by train). Everything was clean and they wait you with some sweets and coffee. I wouldn’t say it’s a breakfast but it is a nice courtesy. The host answers quickly and is available. The area is quiet and good if you go a couple of days to visit the main city.
