Monthly Rentals in New Summerfield

We love the place and how small & private it was. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Would definitely go back again!

Stayed here for 3.5 months (nearby contract work.) Old, but charming/'homey' house with wood floors, etc. I like old houses. Lauren was very responsive to questions and needs, e.g., getting a new toaster, knife sharpener, bottled water refills for the dispenser .... Worked with me to set up space for my cycling trainer in one of the bedrooms. Commercial grade top load washer and dryer were very useful. Comfortable bed. Lots of kitchen equipment to go with the gas range. Internet bandwidth/connectivity were solid. All streaming experiences were high quality. No dishwasher, which wasn't a big deal for one guy who got a lot of takeout food. Low ground clearance cars need to park at the curb because the driveway will bottom them out, but the curb was fine and consistently accessible. Yard in front and back are well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I return for similar contract work.

It was a pleasant place and quiet. It was centrally located and comfortable. I had to leave early due to family illness. Allison worked with me to allow me to shorten my stay.

Our stay was short, and boy I wish it hadn’t been. We will be back for a longer stay. It was very comfortable and plenty of parking. The boat slip also included a Kayak slip, which I have never seen one of before. There were two kayaks to use as well, and we took advantage and had fun in the lake the morning before we left. We got rained on and it was a really nice experience in the warm air. The kitchen was the most well stocked I have seen for a short term rental and had everything I thought I could need. The beds were very comfortable, with some type of memory foam on the top that let you sink in. The TV was easy to sign in to your own streaming accounts. We did not use the pool table, but I can see how you would have a lot of fun in that room with a group of people. Jasmine was an excellent host and very chill.
