Es ist eine ganz angenehme Unterkunft..mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und.. Meer, Geschäfte, Metrostation.. es befindet sich alles in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Check-in und Check-out hat prima geklappt.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

Ho soggiornato da Francesca per una notte, casa molto accogliente, moderna, pulita e ordinata. Quando dormo fuori di solito porto le mie lenzuola, ma questa volta le avevo dimenticate 😔

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Hallo, die Unterkunft von Gianluca war sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Gianluca ist ein guter Gastgeber und kümmert sich um einen, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍

We loved our one-night stay here. Close to the airport for our layover. Neighborhood felt very safe and walkable to the train station and restaurants. A short train ride to Ostia Antica Paolo was a fabulous host. Helpful with transportation and flexible check in. He gave us great recommendations and explained everything in the apartment. The apartment was modern and very comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. We would stay here again.

공항 가기 전 하루 머물었던 숙소입니다. 사생활 보호가 매우 잘 되어있고, 무엇보다 해변이 가깝고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 여행을 마무리하기에 완벽했습니다. 집 안은 정리정돈이 설명과 동일하게 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적하고 안전하였습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절하였고 궁금한 것에 신속히 답해주었습니다. 그리고 공항 셔틀을 예약해주어서 무거운 짐을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다💓

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

El departamento es perfecto! Tiene todo lo que se necesita para estadías largas de mas de una semana y más! Muy bien equipado, todas las comodidades en los dormitorios, baños y cocina. Lavarropas, tender, horno, utensilios, cafetera, lavavajillas, etc etc! Los ambientes son enormes y con calefacción excelente! Si venis con auto, tenes tu lugar para estacionar o a 4 cuadras caminando los buses. La zona da para caminar y disfrutando la paz y la naturaleza en el entorno, sobretodo el camino hacia Genzano que es bellísimo! Muy recomendado! Volveríamos mil veces! Gracias Stefanía y Marina que nos recibieron y estuvieron atentas a nuestro contacto al llegar y al retirarnos. Todo funcionò de maravilla. Pasamos 3 semanas maravillosas!!

Lugnt och fridfullt område. Boendet var mindre än vi väntat oss, men passade oss perfekt. Sängarna var jättesköna. Stranden var precis utanför altangrinden, underbar fin sandstrand. Det finns en liten affär precis vid lägenheten, och Abdul som jobbade där var otroligt hjälpsam. Eftersom kommunikationerna var dåliga så skjutsade han oss de gånger vi ville åka någonstans. Om vi någonsin kommer tillbaka till Torvaianica, så kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement très accueillant ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi. La décoration est moderne et chaleureuse, et la literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est également un atout : proche des transports, des commerces et des points d’intérêt. Le propriétaire est réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.

L'alloggio è molto accogliente: una vera casa! Si ha davvero l'impressione di pernottare a casa di amici. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili ed estremamente reattivi. Essendo arrivata che già era buio, ho faticato a trovare l'alloggio ma, appena scritto un messaggio per ricevere informazioni più precise sulla posizione, è comparso il proprietario è mi ha gentilmente accompagnata verso l'abitazione. Mi ha poi mostrato quanto fosse necessario conoscere per rendere la permanenza la più piacevole possibile. Assolutamente da ripetere!

bellissimo appartamento con jacuzzi privata, perfetto per una breve immersione nel relax vicino a Roma. Gli spazi interni non molto grandi potrebbero essere un po' limitanti in caso di mal tempo, ma il terrazzo è la vasca valgono completamente il prezzo dell'alloggio. host disponibile e preciso, sicuramente consigliato!

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt! Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen . Alle Anweisung für den Check-In waren einfach zu verstehen und liefen problemlos :) auch die Unterkunft und die Anlage waren wirklich sehr gepflegt! Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom fahren, kommen wir definitiv wieder in diese Unterkunft. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft ⭐️

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Danila og hendes familie er utrolig søde. På trods af forskellige sprog kommunikerede vi fint over beskederne her på siden, som oversatte for os. Poolen er skøn. Boligen giver mulighed for privatliv selvom man bor i samme hus. Omgivelserne er meget smukke, men kræver en bil. Man kan evt. parkerer gratis ved togstationen indtil Rom, hvis man ikke vil køre om kap med de lokale, som kører ret spændende, men faktisk samtidig hensynsfuldt. Toget tager ca. 35 min. til midten af Rom. Vi var rigtig glade for at bo hos Danila , som vi varmt kan anbefale. Vh Tine

Eur bölgesinde konferansımız olduğu için bu bölgeyi tercih ettik. Ulaşımı son derece kolaydı. Otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde ve 15 dk içinde ulaşabildik. O bölgede işi olanlar için tavsiye ederim. Ev merkeze uzak fakat bir otobüs ve metro aktarmayla bir saat içinde ulaşılabiliyor. Muhit son derece sakin. Çok yakında küçük bir market temel ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Yakında üç dört de güzel restorant mevcut. Büyük bir avm ye de oldukça yakın. Ev güzel bir konut içerisinde. Sakin ve temiz. Hiç gürültü ve mahremiyet problemi olmadı. 4 yaş oğlumuzla çok rahat konakladık. Ev gayet temiz. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Bütün eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve cana yakın. Tüm talimatları eksiksiz açıklıyor ve sorulara çok çabuk ve içten cevap veriyor. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum
