Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

E' un'affascinante casa antica, di pietra, medievale, con un piccolo giardino, un terrazzo coperto per mangiare e due grandi balconi, tutti con vista lago! L’appartamento si trova a Coatesa di Nesso, affacciato sul famoso Canyon e vicinissima al CELEBRE Ponte della Civera, l'angolo più romantico di tutto il Lago di Como. La casa è a pochi passi da lì! Un angolo di Paradiso e di tranquillità e per raggiungerlo bisogna scendere 93 gradini dalla strada principale e dalla fermata del bus C30.

Casa Bella: The breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom are just divine. Our apartment was recently refurbished, all appliances are new, ensuring our guests satisfaction and memorable holiday. As part of the facility there is a big garden and communal swimming pool overlooking the lake. There's also a secured parking space within the residence. Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, kitchen complete with everything, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, documents will be requested for registration. Additional costs are 1.50 euros tourist tax per person in cash only. (Unfortunately it is not suitable for people with disabilities) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for additional costs)

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
