Our stay here was great! We visited for my father’s funeral…it was a sad reason to visit, but we felt right at home here. Pippa greeted us with fresh baked cookies, a couple bagels, some grapes, and a couple local beers from down the street. The room was cozy and comfortable. It was soundproofed, so we didn’t have to worry if our five month old baby woke up yelling (as she does sometimes), so that was a great plus! We would stay again if given the opportunity. I traveled with my older parent and aunt. The three of us fit very comfortably in the space and it was the perfect distance from Newport for an easy drive in to see the “cottage.” Every question I had was answered well in advance of our arrival and everything was super clean and comfortable in the space. Kristina has great suggestions for the local area - be sure to ask! Was the perfect get-away for our short trip.

Great spot, very accommodating and friendly host. Very peaceful but only a short drive/Uber downtown.

I stayed at Ashley and Mike's apartment for a week while traveling with my dog and horse. We enjoyed coming home after a long day at our clinic 10 minutes away to a quiet, safe place to make dinner, get cleaned up and chill out. It was a clean, safe and cozy place to be and would definitely come stay again when we have another opportunity! Thanks for the amazing space! Laura and Teak!

This is the second tie we stayed at Linda's place. The place is extremly clean, comfortable, and had eveything we needed for our week's stay. Linda lives in a another part of the complex, so we saw her quite a bit, she is very friendly and was helpful in making suggestions about places to see or resturants nearby. Her place is dog friently. The yard was perfect for our pups, a large back yard that is completely fenced in. Ours dogs had a ball playing with Tucker, Linda's new pup. we look forward to staying at Linda's place in the future.

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Tatiana is a great host, her place was perfect for an extended stay with my dog for a holiday in Bristol with my daughter. So comfortable to come back to after a day at the museums in Boston or sightseeing in Salem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed to extend the duration of our visit and the host was very accommodating. The pictures and description accurately described the property which was quite cozy comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Amazing stay! Very flexible with both check in and check out times, which we really appreciated since we were driving over a thousand miles. Clean, tidy, organized and amenities were easy to use. Great food as well!!

We had a great time! The place was nice, quiet, and clean. The view outside was amazing, and the hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. They even provided coffee and other amenities so make sure you don't overpack when you're bringing toiletries and groceries! They also have this cute little booklet by the front door to leave a message, and MAKE SURE to spend some time on the balcony at night, the view of the stars is unbeatable, me and my fiance spent an hour spotting constellations haha. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet romantic getaway!

Leonard communicated promptly whenever we had a question and was understanding and flexible with the use of his property. All instructions were clear and straightforward. The property had a large outdoor yard and the location was excellent too - historic Wickford, an excellent grocery store (Dave’s), and the Wickford junction train station were easy drives away.

Had a fabulous stay. Patricia was a very warm, friendly, and helpful host. The room and place were great overall and having my own off street parking for just my car made everything even easier. Highly recommend

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

The home was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Snacks and towels were available. We would come back if we are ever in the area again. The host was very responsive, thank you Victoria for a perfect stay!

Undoubtedly the nicest Air B&B location my friends and I have ever stayed. Lots of details including kitchen and bath extras. We all loved the heated seat toilet and bidet, plush fluffy towels, comfortable beds, (even the bunks), nice pillows, sharp, new knives in the kitchen and the coffee and tea provided. Lovely quiet neighborhood and responsive host. Artfully decorated and felt like home.

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

The apartment was adorable- decorated very nicely and beachy - and was very clean! Sandra left toiletries which was very much appreciated and gave awesome local recommendations. Easy check in - would love to stay again and highly recommend.
