The condo boasts a large master bedroom, pullout sofa for extra guests, balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the river, full kitchenette, radiant floor heating in the bathroom, and plenty of storage space to keep your things during your stay. We try to provide all possible amenities to make your stay as comfortable and restful as possible, including yoga mats, local coffee & tea, guides to Portland and much more.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Vancouver Lake with a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the view. Enjoy the sunsets and the wildlife on the lake. Kayak, sail, paddle board, or canoe out your door. We have a six person barrel sauna available: fee. You will have access to our private pier & pickleball court. The ADU is above the garage with a private entrance, about 4 miles to downtown restaurants, parks, the waterfront, etc. House is on 1.5 acres. We have chickens & gardens.

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.

The cabin is like having a National park in your yard. During fishing season you can watch the eagles right from the deck catching fish out of the river. The view is spectacular! You can also see deer, beavers, and other animals from the deck. This property has a lovely view of the river. River access is only for the very fit as the ladder down is difficult. Their are more great places to swim and hike just up the road across from the fish hatchery or Dougan falls.
