Kayak, sail, paddle board, or canoe out your door. We have a six person barrel sauna available: fee. You will have access to our private pier & pickleball court. The ADU is above the garage with a private entrance, about 4 miles to downtown restaurants, parks, the waterfront, etc. House is on 1.5 acres. We have chickens & gardens.
