Monthly Rentals in Mount Pleasant

Melissa’s place was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. I felt immediately at home in this tidy well furnished place. The kitchen had all the basics but, to be honest we rarely made our meals there. There were lots of good restaurants in the area. It was a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. When we need a place to stay in Mt Pleasant, I would certainly love to stay here again.

Had a great stay in Charleston at Victoria’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Charleston spots. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, updated, and the perfect size for a couple. Neighborhood was filled with nice homes, was walkable, and very safe and quiet. We were within walking distance to several restaurants within a few blocks and walked to a great, nearby coffee shop for coffee and breakfast. Location was a plus for us; a quick car ride to Charleston, plus only 30 minutes to Folly Beach where we went for a day trip to the beach. Close enough to the action, but a nice hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were responsive - would definitely recommend!

I had a family emergency, which required me to be down a day prior. Kendra was very accommodating understood my situation. I had no issues whatsoever throughout my stay. I did have a package that I ordered from Amazon that was delivered by the Postal Service and putting in that condos mailbox, which I did not have access to. This all transpired, the day prior to me leaving. In the morning I was to leave as I started packing. I noticed a package on the welcome mat and it was the item I had ordered. Kendra got the package and delivered it to me early on a Sunday morning. I have never had such a nice and attentive landlord, as Kendra. I like the area so much that I am actually looking for a condo myself in that exact same area. It’s close to the beach shopping. You can walk to some specialty stores and local restaurants. Great place to plan your vacation. I will be doing it again and looking forward to working with her.
