Peccioli is the perfect central location to stay in Tuscany and this well-appointed apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town. We opted for the paid parking, just 15€ for 7 days. So close and always spaces available. Do yourself a favour and pop into the patisserie right next door each morning for the most incredible fresh-baked goodies.

May 2025 - The Orcia Valley is beautiful and Flavia's house is just as shown in the photos; I would even say that it's more beautiful in person! The accommodation is well located in relation to the activities we wanted to do. Great interaction with the very friendly Flavia (communication and suggestions on things to do in the area). Recommended for sure!

We loved staying in this lovely little cottage. Very quiet, good base for excursions by car, and with a beautiful garden. 1 week was far too little time, we will be back. Thank you Nedda!
