top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

The house where we stayed is in great condition, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super nice, he responded super fast to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) thank you for everything Mattia!

Incredible space! Like a movie. There is love in every detail. The host took care of the design very carefully, every accessory, from bed linen to furniture in the interior complements the picture. Very clean, and there is everything you need in the kitchen ( electronic appliances, appliances, dishes, even tea/sugar/heat/oil) The host is always available and responds very quickly and is always ready to provide recommendations, or hints. Very quiet and atmospheric town with delicious restaurants. We stayed with two families with children ( and another family of our friends nearby in the hotel) and had a great time! I recommend this place 100%

Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakery, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with plenty of seating.

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is tiny, but really clean. It was perfect for 2 people, would have been a little too small for 4. Located in a cute village just 25 mins from Bergamo. Aleksandra was so nice and was alway available for questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful secluded property of the two nice and helpful hosts Alberto du Olivia. A longer journey dragged up the mountain to 600 meters, finally through forest over a gravel road. We were rewarded at the end of the slope with a magnificent view of a large clearing; there stands the old farmhouse. A beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished apartment and the entire outdoor area were available to us. In the morning sun, we used the seating area in front of the house, in the afternoon the sun loungers and in the evening the veranda or put the table at sunset on the large lawn in front of the house. There were bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and there was also no shortage of salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, vinegar and olive oil in the well-equipped kitchen. In the fridge, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and water as a welcome gift, and on the table, we were delighted to find a fresh bouquet of flowers! There was nothing missing.

We had a great week at this lovely apartment with our two kids, enjoying a wonderful breakfast every morning, a really beautiful pool and stunning scenery every day. Big recommendation!

“Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to accommodate our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

Alexia was a superb host, friendly and helpful. The villa was a great place to unwind after attending our son's wedding and offered everything for eight wedding guests. A lovely secluded pool, plenty of kitchen and houshold supplies, lots of own eggs and vegetables. Oh! and two friendly dogs. Kelvin Roberts.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

The house has an excellent location for views and also for getting around, being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a lovely person, he always responds promptly to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone stay in this house, you won't be disappointed.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Just stunning with amazing views from everywhere! Rosanna was great with communication and greeting us. There’s a beautiful restaurant a short walk away. The place was quiet. A stunning property - just idyllic!

Michèle's place is great, the view is breathtaking overlooking all of Lago di Garda. The place is very quiet and private but at the same time only a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, Salo Center and beaches. Michèle was super helpful, always reachable and responds within minutes.

The listing is really great for a relaxing vacation. The nature around the house, together with the architectural style, makes it a special place. Through the bathroom and bedroom, many different constellations are also possible. The hosts also helped us at any time with questions and gave us valuable tips for excursion destinations, parking, etc.
