Laura was an excellent host even from her vacation in Florida. She gave me recommendations for some cool restaurants as well. Her place was amazing...looked exactly like online description, was clean and just overall cute with comfortable beds/furniture. WE had the best couple days there for my friend's bachelorette party.

Apartment is exactly as it appears in photos. Organized no clutter, comfortable master bed, a short walk to Nexus Center. Beautiful view of skyline. Great communication from hosts.

Place was great! The lockbox was a little tough to open, but other than that it was seamless. Location is close to the nexus center and local coffee shops and brewery (although temporarily closed when I went but not their fault). Amenities were nice, lots of towels, dishes, etc. Only thing I wish was if they provided soap, shampoo,conditioner as it looked like they put in there what people had left im not sure? Overall 10/10! Nice secure building, safe parking, accessible! Would come back here again.

Fabulous stay. Photos don’t show how nice and open the space it. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home. Location was perfect for our needs and the dedicated parking was very convenient.

The room was comfy, looked just like the pictures, matched the description and had all I needed for my stay. I had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—definitely a gem!

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

We worked through a bit of calendar scheduling snafu quickly. Scott was accommodating, proactive, and responsive. The condo was in a great location, maintained well, and clean. We very much enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. Thank you!

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.

We had an awesome two day stay. We had consistent communication about the area and recommendations from Darya. We cooked with all the provided supplies and spent time on the smart tv. Within the apartment everything was clean and instructions were clearly placed on the table for the amenities. It was nice being in a historical converted building. The exterior and the halls are clearly from a school but inside apartment was beautiful. This was a unique experience which we enjoyed. The parking spot was a little small for a larger truck but still doable and convenient for busy location. The building itself is secure because of gate opener and mandatory key access. The building itself was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend the property for use by families and singles in the future.

We stayed for a long weekend, Art was very helpful and extremely nice! The property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of yard to run around in for our boys. Overall it was a great time and the property was perfect for our family! Highly recommend this place for a Cooperstown trip!!!

Loved this comfortable, spacious home! The hosts were communicative and gracious, and everything was super easy and relaxing. Cooked and stored full meals, relaxed on the deck, worked out on the treadmill, and relaxed on a beautiful, lounging couch with a projected movie! So thankful I found this spot and can’t wait to stay again!

This house was a great spot for our family of four (and our dog!) to base out of while skiing Gore and Whiteface and visiting Lake Placid. We enjoyed having lots of space and appreciated the modern bathrooms and kitchen. We also appreciated that the house is walking distance from the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The grocery store in town is good and we had a fun dinner out at Sticks & Stones. The hosts were very responsive any time we had questions. Thanks for a great stay! We’d love to come back in the summer…seems like a great lake town!

House is spacious with a lot for kids to do. It is a bit dated but we were just there to ski so did not spend too much time in the house. We did try using the sauna but it did not seem to get hot enough - fun idea though. We did arrive to the house at 10 p.m and it was at 50 degrees - understandably the thermostat is set to go off to conserve energy but would be great if it doesn't go off to that extent when guests are due to arrive. Location was great as it was a quick 10 minute drive to Gore mountain.

5 stars all around. Beautiful home and property for our two families of 4. A 5 minute drive into town provided restaurants, bowling and a distillery. The kids had a blast exploring the property and utilizing the hot tub. The layout of the house worked perfectly and the beds were super comfy too! Paula was on point with communication and made any questions we had a breeze. I will definitely be returning to this property next time we visit the Catskills!

The home was lovely. Craig was able to accommodate my family of 9. We came to Albany for my sister’s graduation at UAlbany. Even with 9 people in the home, it was still spacious and did not feel cluttered. Easy instructions to follow, clean and a beautiful place to stay in. Will definitely recommend and stay again if I visit Albany and need a space of this size.

The apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs ensuring we had a comfortable stay. William is very responsive and accommodating.

Our stay at Grants Island was just what we needed for a little family getaway! The weather complied, the lake and views from the dock were amazing. The use of the pontoon made for good fishing but even better fishing right off the dock! John was more than accommodating with our needs and communication was easy. The cabin fit 5 of us just fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The local restaurant had great food and drinks!
