Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Milton

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

The unit was very clean but a bit smaller than I expected. We chose the location because my son lives in Pepperell Mill which is very nearby. It had all listed amenities. A large person may struggle with the small shower. For the size of the space, the owner did a good job with the furnishings and amenities

Stayed alone for a week and it was very nice. The surrounding area had lots of neighbors/ people walking around w their dog or family or just going for a jog felt very safe. I had some issues with the wifi but Travis responded within 30 minutes and helped me with it. The only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear almost everything but besides that everything else was very nice!

This Air B&B is exactly as described and pictured plus a few nice surprises left by Rick. Thank you. The place was cozy with comfortable seating and bed. Plenty of space, towels and storage. Loved the butcher block counters. Even though it rained most of the time, the kitchen was bright and "sunny". Again, thank you for having this as a rental.

Once again, we had a great stay here! The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is fantastic in a nice walkable quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Laconia. Christine and Anne were warm and welcoming. There were homemade cookies on the kitchen table when we arrived, and we brewed some coffee and ate the cookies on the lovely enclosed porch. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you, Christine and Anne!

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

I’ve rented several places, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The home was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and more! The kitchen had all the essentials, plus extras like spices, condiments, and even butter, which we needed. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, making our stay even more comfortable. The mattress was high quality and very comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Everything was perfect—highly recommend!

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. This is a cozy, clean condo with well-equipped kitchen to serve as a base for exploring the White Mountain area. Plenty of dining choices nearby. We enjoyed the gym and game room. There is a pool and a sauna room though we did not use. The host is very helpful and responsive.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

Beautiful, spacious and bright house, with everything you need to be comfortable and explore Portland. At one point we had a problem with the fire alarm and Allyson not only answered in minutes, but also told us how to fix the problem and left us extra batteries so it wouldn't happen again. Don't hesitate to stay at Allyson's, not only is it the ideal accommodation for a family, but Allyson was the best host. Thank you so much!

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!
