The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The space is unique for its high and decorated ceilings and large windows. The owners have enriched this environment with excellent amenities to give maximum comfort to those who come for work (the WiFi, despite being a historic building, is perfect) and maximum practicality and elegance to those traveling with family (parquet, anti-noise curtains and privacy). All spaces of the apartment are private. Welcome communication via Airbnb chat, email, phone, text, WhatsApp The Via de' Conti area is very elegant and with excellent shops, restaurants, spas and trendy bars. It is located in the heart of downtown Florence: the Duomo and the train station are within walking distance. From Via dei Conti it is very easy to walk to any of the city's major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. But also Fortezza and other destinations are easy to reach, even with bags. Fast trains are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip to Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses / trams are also available just around the corner

L'appartamento fu costruito in Epoca Rinascimentale ( intorno al 1500 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale dei treni SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno rilassante . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre RISTORANTI molto buoni che consiglio vivamente di provare .
