An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

This small eco sustainable farm is a great place to get away from it all. With views across yellow fields towards the distant hills, the accommodation is spacious and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome by Barbara and her family, including the exuberant dog!! Highly recommended.

We were hosted very well by Silvana. The listing is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for visiting Tuscany (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Siena...). The pool is a real asset in this heat, we were able to enjoy it every day.

Staying at Selvabella was fantastic, it’s off the beaten path so when they recommend renting a car, take the recommendation! It was very peaceful, can do outdoorsy walks or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous view with Petra and Pandora (the dogs). We also loved taking our cooking class with Bernardo, he was a fantastic host and we both loved talking with him each day. Marta was very friendly when we saw her but she had friends over so Bernardo was our main host. I recommend seeing Marta’s studio because her pottery is beautiful (we left there with a few pieces). There is also a winery within walking distance (15 mins) that we went to as well. Overall the time we had at Selvabella was wonderful, we wanted to relax in wine country which is exactly what we did.

Great welcome, excellent location and kindness of the owners made our stay an unforgettable one! Excellent breakfast and the pool was appreciated at the end of the day . I recommend it 100%!

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

Stefania is the Host everyone wants! Always available for anything and very courteous. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and VERY CLEAN. In addition, the location of the accommodation is really great; in a 10-minute walk you are in Piazza della Signoria.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for a little relaxation in Chianti. Homely welcome, stop for breakfast or you'll regret it!

Mary was very kind and very at hand, she recommended places to go to eat and was very helpful in providing us with the room taking care of us, our needs and our dog. The room was beautiful, modern and equipped with a very comfortable jacuzzi, everything was very clean. Highly recommended!!

We received a very good reception. The host is perfectly polyglot. The setting is sumptuous amid vineyards and olive trees. We also greatly enjoyed the pool in the hot weather. The villa is nicely decorated with tastes.

Very nice retreat in the mountains, just a (steep) bike ride from Stia. We enjoyed relaxing and reading by the pool. Muriel and Stefan were very friendly and helpful; provided us with excellent coffee and picked us up from the village after dinner :-)

Clean and tidy accommodation, super friendly host and available. Nearby restaurants and supermarket, nearby bus stops, and tram stops.

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. We had a family reunion and were really looking forward to spending some time relaxing around the pool and jacuzzi, but unfortunately a freak disaster struck the first night that left both unusable (and the hosts with lots of mopping up to do). Despite this disappointment, the hosts went to great lengths to provide us with alternative activities, and the surrounding area is MAGNIFICENT. Driving is scary if you're not used to misty, tiny little roads on precarious mountainsides, but ohhhhh, the scenery is worth it. And the hosts were superb. They spoiled my niece Olivia with a massive Easter Egg on her arrival, and Daniela peppered us with delightful stories, special seasoning, homemade Limoncello, and cake, so despite the disappointment of the pool and jacuzzi, we had a lovely time. Rooms were comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and the views are spectacular. So I'm giving the stay 5 stars, because if the pool and jacuzzi work as usual, it certainly would be a 5-star spot.

If I could have stayed longer, I would have. An amazing place with stunning views, super peaceful and with a couple of nice restaurants and a pasticceria within a 15 min walk radius. I was fortunate enough to have been able to use Benedetta's office with really fast internet by Elon Musk and incredible views. One day we will be back!

The room was sublime and impeccably clean as did the public spaces, which smelled super good! Parking in front very easy to park The host provided clear instructions and was easily reachable , thank you again it was perfect!

The room looks like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the landlady responded quickly. Everything was clean and furnished with attention to detail. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and beautiful. Although we were relatively late, we were able to eat something in the restaurant opposite. This is also highly recommended. We will be happy to come back :)

Vanessa and her family are adorable and very welcoming . They also offer good advice to guide us in our visits. The Tuscany countryside is beautiful. There is everything in San Donato: restaurant, supermarket, butcher, cafe...within walking distance of the house. Siene , Florence and San Guimignano are not far away. The garden and swimming pool are very nice especially with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16. Anyway, it was very good. 😀
