This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Beautiful house, with the charm of the old and a breathtaking view. The garden and pool are very well maintained and it feels good. Other people may also be on site, as the house is separated into several parts. On our side, we had no issues with the neighbors, and the place is big enough to have its own space. Communication with Barbara was great, she provided us with all the information we needed and responded promptly. Arriving by car is not that complicated, just make sure the GPS avoids a closed road. We followed Barbara's instructions and everything went well. All in all, this house allowed us to have a good time, to relax during our holidays, and its authentic charm caused a few touches of nostalgia.

Great house - a perfect way to end a 3 week trip to Tuscany. About 40 min from the airport, and less than 10 min from groceries or food. The patio was gorgeous and the birds and surroundings felt very peaceful. We opened the bedroom windows in the evening (had nice screens on them) and the light breeze was so nice! We will be back!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

We had a delightful 2 day stay at Eugenia’s place in Montefioralle. The apartment was very charming and met our expectations in every way. Marco met us, showed us to the apartment, and explained the parking. There was the added bonus of a wine festival with 15 local wineries offering tastings the weekend we were there.

This place is a gem! The most gorgeous location it’s almost hard to believe it’s real. Laura met us and gave us a tour of the house and how it worked. She was also responsive to questions throughout our stay. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. It was a delight to return back every night after visiting some of the busier cities to a beautiful quiet property. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our Tuscan dreams come true!

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

The photos do not capture beauty and character of this place. Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Place was gorgeous and just like the pictures we thought the yard was a little bigger than it was but still very good size and private. Directions given to get the 14A bus from station was perfect and we were able to get to the accommodation with little stress. buses can be very busy and hot. Lots of cooking equipment available. Hot tub was amazing just wish we used it more.

We chose this accommodation mainly for the location halfway between all the destinations we wanted to visit in these 4 days, we found Alessandra really fantastic and always present, a message and we immediately received her response, she was also super flexible on check-in and check-out times without rushing us, she knows the area very well and leaves tips on the place that I highly recommend following The house was beautiful, tidy, clean, relaxing and super equipped If we return to Tuscany, we will definitely return to Alessandra

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

This was the most perfect, gorgeous stay. Irene gave us an amazing tour and the pictures of this villa don’t even compare to how beautiful this place is in real life. It was so peaceful and my friends and I could not have asked for a better stay. I wish I could stay forever, thank you so much Irene!

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace, tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota is 10 minutes from the town of Poppi along a well-maintained road of hairpin bends accessible to all, among other things in the town of Poppi you can find all possible services. A special mention to the Host Claudia, a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place like this, you have to experience it, and I'll add that the food in the area is really good. At Dimenticato a Quota, you'll also find a well-stocked shop run by special people.

Chris was so helpful. Her English was very good. She showed us her beautiful house and we were honoured to have that unexpected experience. She told us about the wonderful history of the house and area. I would highly recommend staying here, and may well return. We didn't have enough time there. But that was because there were 8 of us and we had so much to say to eachother. A great experience for us all.
