Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

We absolutely loved staying at Margaret's lovely home. it was the perfect family getaway with plenty of space for us and our grown children. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked. The jacuzzi was great, and she had extra towels for the pool/ jacuzzi as well. It was a peaceful neighborhood to walk around or go down to the beach area where there is a playground that had young families the day we went. Highly recommend!

Doug”s house is exactly as described and his communication was impeccable. My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this property. The pool is huge and there are seven bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a sauna inside the room which was an added bonus. The only thing I wish they had was an additional full bathroom for 7 bedrooms. There is one in master and one in the hallway. There is nothing negative I can say. Even the cleaner, April was the best. I would definitely rent again and actually look forward to renting again 😊

This place is fantastic for a stay. Daniel is super communicative and quick to respond. Plus, the pool is impeccably clean.

Duane was kind, responsive and helpful. Tons to see and do on the beautiful property and we had such a fun and relaxing weekend. Couldn’t have asked for much more! It was just as described and super easy start to finish. Definitely recommend!

A great place to enjoy a long weekend at the Eastern shore in Maryland.

The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

Gwen made my stay special! I was celebrating my birthday, and she made me feel very welcome at her wonderful home. The location, layout and amenities were exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The house is so comfortable and the water provides spectacular views and peaceful surroundings. Restaurants, stores and downtown Annapolis are all close-by. Thanks for a great birthday weekend! I highly recommend this special place!

We had a lovely stay at Heather’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and we felt taken care of. The porch with the view of the water and sunrises was so relaxing. Visiting during the off-season was peaceful, but there was still plenty to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway weekend.

This was our second time staying at Tim’s Place, and we loved it just as much as the first! The space is cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tim is a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back again!

Lovely stay at Tanya's house. Beautiful back porch overlooking a marina and working boatyard. The fire pit in the backyard was so perfect to gather around. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious enough to allow our family to cook together and double oven an extra plus. We enjoyed an early morning kayak ride too with the kayaks Tanya provided! Tanya was a great host and super responsive to our questions. small note for sail boat owners, the water around her dock isn't deep enough to dock a sailboat. We would HIGHLY recommend this place as a great place to gather for family and friends!

Ronny's place was perfect for our needs while attending a wedding in the park right ourside of his neighborhood. The house was large and well appointed with a big deck off the back. Ronny quickly responded to my messages and allowed parking before check in which helped us immensely. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood next to a lovely park and not far from down town Annapolis. Thank you for a great experience.

What a lovely little spot on the water! The views are phenomenal! We loved the location, the beds were comfortable and the ample bathrooms. The furniture was clean and new and we could set the air conditioning to our liking. We used the crab pots which was fun even though we didn’t get any, and there were the kayaks, paddle boards and such readily available but the weather wasn’t conducive. It was a quiet neighborhood that was safe and relaxing.

I have been to Matt’s place 3 three times, and that is for a reason. It is the small and large attention to the details that make his place a categorically pleasurable experience in the beautiful expanse we call Annapolis.

This house was in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat the views from the main level. Katie was communicative and we were even able to get an early check in!

My husband and I stayed here for a month while we had work done on our boat at a local marina. The location is perfect for access to the local marina as well as all the restaurants in Deale. Yen was super responsive as was John. They responded to all our questions in a timely manner, and were always very kind. The home is well laid out, and worked perfectly to use as a homebase. Good wifi, comfy couch, comfy bed with good pillows. The master suite is gorgeous and well lit. Kitchen is well appointed and had all the appliances/utensils we needed. Had several work spaces that were great for zoom calls and other "office" type work. The tap water didn't have any odors. Enjoyed having coffee on the front porch with a lovely view of the Chesapeake and the screened in porch in the back was great as the evening bugs came out. Highly recommend this home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing Easter weekend at this property! It was well appointed, clean, and just the right size. The screened in porch is a dream-we sat outside listening to the birds, drinking our coffee and enjoying conversation in the mornings and loved the Edison lights at night. We saw 5 deer in the yard, enjoyed a walk to the beach, and loved the quiet neighborhood. Not far from the activity and restaurants of DTA, but far enough from USNA that our MIDN could unwind. Check in info was given ahead of time and accessing the property was a breeze. We were very comfortable here and all agree that we’d love to rent again in the future!

There were plenty of activities to enjoy as a family, and we created some unforgettable memories here. The host was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything even more enjoyable. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the sunset views were nothing short of magical. We would love to come back again!
