Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

This is my third year in a row staying at one of Brian's Airbnbs. I keep returning because he is a great host. He responds quickly to questions. He provides lots of helpful things to do during your visit. And his places are very comfortable and clean.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful, private condo right on Main street in the heart of Chatham. Walkable to shops & beach. The home is lovely, welcoming with bright beachy decor. Spotlessly clean. Great layout with each bedroom on opposite sides of the main living space. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable, clean and open. We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Sam was a great host! He was very helpful and quite nice. The condo was a beautiful little place and looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and homey. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were first time visitors to Cape Cod and this was a great location to explore all areas of the Cape. We went biking, played pickleball, found wonderful places to eat, took a couple trips to Provincetown and enjoyed our evening walks to watch the sun set beachside. Helen was responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

Anthony’s condo is the perfect place for a relaxed getaway stay in cape cod. We are usually very active in new places. Chatham is the perfect place to explore the beauties of Cape cod. We were so happy to get back every night to this cozy and comfortable condo and relax after a long day outdoors. Anthony is a great host , always responsive and very cooperative to make us feel like home. He provides us with very good advice that made our stay a real pleasure. Absolutely recommendable Hope to be back

We really enjoyed our short stay. The house was easy to find and very clean with everything we needed to relax.

If I could give Meg and her house more than 5 stars I would. We had an amazing stay and are already planning to go back. The house was beautiful, comfortable, truly relaxing and one of the best, if not THE best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The view out of the many windows was spectacular. Kitchen was super well equipped, beds were all very comfortable and the house easily accommodated our 6 adults, one dog and one cat - who Meg graciously allowed when I contacted her about cat sitter plans that fell through last minute. Meg is an outstanding host. She responded quickly and patiently to all of my questions. She offered many great suggestions for local activities. And most importantly, she seemed to genuinely care about our stay in her house. Cape Cod is one of my most favorite places to visit. Meg and her beautiful house made being on the Cape magical.

I LOVE this place!! I would come back to west Dennis strictly to come stay at this place! I stepped back in time when we walked in and I didn’t want to leave. Bathroom was AMAZING. Kitchen was adorable. And we loved the hanging bar for the hot tub. Makes life so much easier. I really loved reading all of the guest book entries and knowing how much love and enjoyment was spent in that space. It was like the place was filled with positive energy. We only stayed overnight and I wish we had more time. I am also apparently lock challenged and our host was available immediately to walk me through the process to get it open. Thanks for everything!! Hoping to bring our pup next time.

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

My wife and adult son spent Labor Day weekend here and really enjoyed the property. It was a roomy, comfortable house in a quite wooded setting. We would definitely book this house again the next time we vacation on Cape Cod.

Another terrific fall weekend stay at Kristin's house. Love that this house has just the right amenities for our group and is so close to the Cape Cod Fairgrounds. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds, too. Kristin is a very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

We enjoyed an excellent stay. The house is very large and well equipped. Location is easy driving distance to everything. A peaceful place to relax after exploring all day. Highly recommended.

Alyssa was an excellent host, we had a last minute cancellation on another property and she was able to accommodate us within a couple of hours. Location and property were excellent, close to the beach and back yard was perfect for three kids to play in whilst the adults enjoyed the fire pit!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

Kara ‘s place was truly a dream! The epitome of what a Cape Cod cottage should look like and feel. The home was immaculate and design and decor were cozy and thought out we would love to come back and stay for a longer time with our family!

This place is adorable, and by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Unlike other Airbnb rentals, this place is so homey and comfortable, highly recommend and hope we can return next fall.

We had a beautiful autumn stay at Mike’s cabin. All the sitting areas and bed are very comfortable. And we dig his style!

Serenity Cottage was the perfect space for our post Thanksgiving family get together. Our two adult children each had their own rooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom, while we took the master bed and bath rooms on the ground floor. Plenty of space to congregate. We played card games at the dining room table that overlooked the gorgeous lake and enjoyed watching some footballs in the adjacent living room with the nice warm gas fireplace. Lee Ann was a great host. She was very communicative and anticipated everything we needed. The house was very well organized and well stocked all around, especially the kitchen. All the light switches were labeled and instructions were left for most appliances. The view of and the access to the lake was amazing. Even though it was less than 40 degrees out we took advantage of their kayaks and went out on the lake. We would definitely rent this Airbnb again.

Ana’s home is adorable and had everything we needed for our brief stay. We enjoyed peaceful walks down to the water and coffee on the patio. The house was spotless and filled with fun things to look at, interesting books and cool artwork. The outdoor shower in October was a dream! We wished we could stay longer and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for a few days in Cape Cod! It was so serene and being able to walk across to the beach every morning was such a treat. It was just the right size for one or two, my friend used the pull out couch and we had plenty of room. Everything was very easy from check in to parking and the cottage was very clean and organized. Although it was off season I would absolutely come again in the fall! Thank you so much for opening your home!
