Cabin vacation rentals in Manzanita Lake

The place was great, even bigger than it looks in the listing. The upstairs had the kitchen and primary bedroom plus bathroom and sitting area. The downstairs had the game room, 2 more bedrooms, and another sitting area. The game room was really large, it was a finished 2 car garage, so had a full-sized pool table and a full-sized ping pong table as well as TV and some other games--not the mini versions that you get sometimes. Everything was really clean and plenty of bedding for the 5 beds we used. The location was very central, about 15 minutes to golf and boating at the lake, and under an hour to Lassen Volcanic National Park. I thought it was a great place to stay to visit both the lake and the park.

This is a wonderful cabin in a peaceful setting. Awesome outdoor space with a huge yard, hot tub and lawn games. Well appointed setup with comfortable beds. Coffee and waffles a nice touch. Communication was excellent and granting us a late checkout on the day our son was headed to his first overnight camp was going above and beyond.

Beautiful place! Was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved being able to grill and chill on the patio! Would 100% stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to slow down and enjoy the simple things, this is the place. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about our next visit.

Beautiful house and location. Kitchen was best stocked we’ve stayed in. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Very happy and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time with the family at this lodging. We were on the last two days of a 10 day family camping trip, and decided to spread out and relax after a week with the six of us in the tent trailer. There was plenty of room in the driveway (inside the gate) to position and park our pop-up camper. The kids loved all the amenities, especially the game room and the hot tub., and the solid high speed internet. Kitchen was well-appointed for cooking, lots of climate control options provided, and we had fun playing scratchy old Hank Williams and Benny Goodman records on the record player. The location was very central to the things we wanted to see. While lingering snow foiled our plans to peak Mt. Lassen, Old Station is between Lassen and Burney Falls, which was a great accessible attraction. And the town of Burney, with relatively cheap gas and grocery stores is a short detour on the way home. Thank you Joy for sharing your place with us!

A great place surrounded by beautiful mountains and valley. The check in was easy and had no trouble finding the place. Despite the place not having heating, the cold mornings felt nice as it got hot during my days at work in the area. The location of this place was because it is next to where I work in the forest and is right off the hwy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this place again.

Jane’s place is peaceful and cozy. The deck is amazing and great for morning coffee, we enjoyed the river views and the deer stopping by for drinks! The kitchen is fully stalked and we enjoyed cooking in it.

I would just like to start off by saying that I would stay here again in a heart beat. We were moving from socal to NorCal and needed a space for family helping us move to stay and Chris & Megen’s place was the perfect spot. We had some trouble moving in due to a huge tree falling across our driveway and Chris and Megen were extremely accommodating even though they didn’t have to be. Their place is beautiful and has views of the water. The house was comfortable and homey. Loved all the board games and the expansive property. Beds and linens were comfortable. All in all beautiful spot. Would definitely book with them again in the future.

My second stay at the cabin and I plan on going back again. It’s a great location close to the reservoir. Has all the things you could want.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Ben & Nicole have a lovely cabin that’s been fully renovated with modern touches in a quiet woodsy neighborhood not far from downtown Graeagle. Although we didn’t get to fully enjoy the space and all its amenities due to the circumstances for which we were traveling, I’d absolutely love to stay again. It was clean and really was beyond my expectations. Thank you & I hope to have another chance to stay again.

Had a great stay at the cabin in Clio. I was worried that it would get too hot inside since the weather was in the 80s and there was no AC but the inside stayed pleasant the entire time. We did not even need to use the fans. The place is exactly as pictured. We cooked most of our meals there without any issue. Everything is very comfortable. Enjoyed the history of the place. Neighborhood was pleasant to walk around and peaceful. Near town of Graeagle where we enjoyed the shops, stores, and the ice cream/coffee eatteries. Convenient for hiking in the Lake Basin area.

This was the nicest stay I’ve ever had with air bnb. The host has absolutely impeccable taste and has created a gorgeous place with high quality linens, comfortable seating, and a master bedroom to die for. This place is also immaculately clean and passed the baby scoot test. We travel a lot and you can always tell how clean a place is by a baby’s onesie after crawling around. A lot of love and care goes into this place. The location is amazing too. Look for a place locals call butterfly beach just 50 feet down the highway for a perfect swimming spot with small children. I will absolutely be staying again.

We had a lovely stay here as our home base for adventures in the area and a few visits to Lassen National Park. The location is perfect to have as a place to recharge and relax in-between adventures. The view from the yard is breathtaking. The beds were cozy, the living room set up with a TV for movies, and a well stocked kitchen. We opted for this place in particular because it had an impressive two full bathrooms which is a must for when we travel. If we ever find our way back to Chester, we'd totally stay here again.

Great place to stay only a few minutes from Lassen National Park. The cabin was clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area. The wifi didn’t work for us, but it was great to be unplugged for a weekend!

Very charming cabin with lots of amenities and kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and peaceful, the living area was very relaxing, cabin style and lovely. great barbeque, the kids loved the bunkhouse and we used the firepit every nite for laughter and story telling. We loved it so much last year we came back this year, we will be back. Lauraissa and Larry are warm and helpful hosts. We highly recommend.
