Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

Michael and Michelle nice folks, down to earth, easygoing. The house was as advertised. Very comfortable, quiet location. The house had everything we needed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. This was our first time using Airbnb. We are very satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay at William and Marianne's home while in town for a sports tournament. We were very impressed with the house. It was clean, cozy, and elegant, with good quality furniture, comfortable couch, beds, mattresses, etc. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed to make breakfast at home, including pots and pans, toaster, and a wonderful coffee bar. There were a couple of electric fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), and nice smart lights in a few places, which my son liked a lot. It is located in a residential, historical neighborhood, not far from the highway. There is a nice restaurant a short walk away. The hosts live next door and were very friendly when we ran into each other.

We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

Adam and Candi were such great hosts for our bridesmaids group for a local wedding! We were allowed to check in early and were updated as soon as the place was turned over. The house was beautiful and featured so many cool colors and pieces of art. Parking was great and we had the option of the driveway or the street. Super spacious beds and cozy spaces for us all to hang out in when we weren’t busy. Would highly recommend.

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

This place was great and so was the hot tub!!!

Kelly is very friendly and her place is convenient to Boston commuter rail station. The washing machine only takes very small loads and needs lots of drying time (combo). Our plans changed and we left a day early, but did not get a refund. We were told ahead of time there were no refunds, but still disappointing. Overall, Kelly’s place is great if you want to visit Boston, but stay out of downtown. Lyft into Boston was $38, and commuter rail back was $20 for two people, plus $9 back to Kelly’s place from the Andover Station by Lyft. Worth it not to drive in horrible Boston traffic. We would recommend Kelly’s place to travelers.

Amazing location with an unbeatable view, adorable old farm house, and the sweetest barnyard animals & big, hairy "coos" - what more could you ask for!?! It was such a joy getting to know the personalities of each of the smaller farm friends. They are all such lovable characters! And the hosts were wonderful as well, very friendly and welcoming.

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

This was a perfect location for going to the US. This Place was beautiful looks exactly like the pictures,Peaceful and very relaxing made me feel right at home. Very responsive and helpful so I give this place a 10/10 everything was just good for me.

We stayed for 2 nights and we will certainly be back for a longer stay. The apartment, the gardens and the surrounding areas are just lovely. It's a perfect place to drop in and turn off and be in this beautiful spot. The apartment had everything and more that we needed and wanted. Linda was the most gracious host offering us muffins, cookies and eggs to sweeten our stay. The layout of the apartment is perfect with plenty of space to stretch out in. The deck overlooks gardens and an expansive yard, with birdsong every morning. Coffee on deck is a must, weather permitting! The bed is so very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. This area of NH is a gem. Although we did not want to leave the apartment, so cozy and comfortable, the area is so rich in history and culture, we had to check out the libraries, general stores, community centers, local restaurants and shops! We'll be back for more!

Such an amazing place! Everything was perfect. They had everything thought out, and were very quick to respond to requests. This will be our go-to airb anytime we visit Boston again. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The open layout made it feel very comfortable, and everything was spotless upon arrival. We especially appreciated how well-stocked and organized everything was—from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The host was responsive and welcoming. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Highly recommend, 2 blocks from the beach and the entire strip. The property provides parking and easy access. The property is clean and vibrant. Plenty of space. Host was gracious and responds to you within minutes. The mattress was a plus, very comfortable. Will definitely return.

This place was beautiful and quiet. The private balcony has a screen that doesn’t let mosquitos in (thankfully) or any bugs/animals. It’s perfect for watching the sun rise or just enjoying a meal! Check in/out was straight forward, and the code was easy to remember. The deck nearby is also very nice (we went there early in the morning and got to see a couple of fishes swimming around, as the lake’s water is super clear). Weirs Beach in Laconia is also around a 20 minute drive, which was very convenient. Christine was so helpful and nice, I would definitely stay here again!

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Would definitely stay here again! Place was clean & exactly as described. This place had everything we needed to get through our long weekend. Cozy 1 floor unit but spacious enough for 6 adults. Up to date everything and decoration in unit was nice. Comfy beds! Location close to everything, we did not walk to downtown Salem area but you definitely could if you wanted to. Short (and cheap) Uber ride to downtown area or like us we would cheap public parking lot as well! Lots to do in the area. Good bars , restaurants, and encountered many friendly locals at the spots we stopped at! Owner was responsive and helpful with everything we needed! 10/10 recommend!!!!
