This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home. Could not have asked for a better stay with family. Very interactive hosts and their home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

Lauren’s place is an amazing spot for a large group! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have your space. We loved the large dining room table to gather together. The decor throughout the house was perfect.

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

Beautiful home , pictures doesn’t do it enough justice! Cynthia has great communication as well as an easy check in with a ton of amenities ( bikes , scooters , linen , plenty of dishes , cleaning supplies ). We enjoyed our annual friend group trip just enjoying the Airbnb ! Seaside as a whole doesn’t have much to offer / limited selection of activities and food to choose from but a great place to just relax / visit Jersey shore house .

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfy. The beds were very conformable and the location was perfect to the boardwalk and beach. They were very quick to respond for any questins we may have a had.

We enjoyed our stay! We ended up doing more of a staycation given we had young babies and it was perfect. Quick walk to beach but we also had everything we needed for us and our kids. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the host gave GREAT recommendations.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Very close to beach and boardwalk! Quiet neighborhood and very safe.

The place was excellent and in a perfect location near the beach for the Polar Bear Plunge. Plenty of rooms with a good mix of single and double beds, multiple bathrooms and showers, and a kitchen. The rear barbecue area was a bonus. The host was professional, and access was smooth. We’ll book again and highly recommend it.

Ali’s place was ideal for a weekend get away. We visited during off season so the beach was still free to visit and many of the attractions were on reduced hours or closed but we knew that before going. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us but didn’t detract from the property or the visit!

Mary’s place was great. We were very comfortable and enjoyed how close we were to the boardwalk, amusements and restaurants. Thank you again for the great stay!

Max’s place is in a beautiful location! Close to the boardwalk and great views.

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

I really appreciated their prompt responses and kindness toward our many questions.

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Rosemary’s home was perfect for our family of four at the beach. It’s very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We loved our stay here. It was clear that this house was much better cared for and updated than the other homes in the area. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.
