The beach cottage was wonderful to stay! The studio was beautiful and had all the necessities. The view from his backyard was breathtaking and peaceful.

It was a great experience!! My husband and I spent our simple honeymoon (late celebration) and everything was great! the room is so cozy, clean and everything we needed was literally in there. Ellie and Kelly are such a dear and accommodated us very well. There's literally so much stuff to do at the place alone for it was just right next to the river. Overall, everything was perfect, would definitely go back again soon ❤️

This is a clean, cozy and beautiful home centrally located in gorgeous Ferndale. Linda is a very kind and generous host. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

Great stay. The place was clean, the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even a small packet of sunscreen. The view from the window was beautiful, and the location was super convenient — everything was within walking distance. In this town, we were lucky to see a pod of orcas and even a whale tail — a really special moment. Slept well after that. In the morning, we had breakfast on the balcony with a nice view. The room actually looked better than in the photos. I booked it last minute and was really glad it worked out. Would recommend.

Very peaceful and private. Clean and homey vibes. Very nice recliners to relax in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The porch is a nice place to sit morning, noon or night. Good location if you are planning to visit Lincoln City. Pamela provided directions but we missed the driveway. You're turning off the highway into a gravel driveway. It's just a tad tricky when you have cars behind you. Will we rent again? Absolutely!

This is our second stay in a couple months, and we will definitely keep coming back. This house is in a great location, right off a beautiful beach, and has a fully fenced backyard, which is perfect for our dogs. It's a cozy house and has everything we need for a long weekend.

We definitely enjoyed the seclusion and privacy, and the proximity to Lincoln City and Newport. We are considering a return trip this summer to the area, and will most likely stay here again.

Quiet location and very close drive to the Moore Beach. We were an able to see Yaquina Head lighthouse’s light as we watched the sunset. Great ocean views from the inside & outside the house. There are 2 eagles who are nesting in the front yard and we enjoyed watching. They were great hosts who were very accommodating and helpful. The place was spacious and very nice & clean. They provided some welcome snacks. Would love to come back and stay again!! Thanks
