My husband, 2.5 year old toddler, and myself (7 months pregnant) had the most wonderful stay at Chiara’s home in Viareggio. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the beach and great fam friendly beach clubs, great restos, stores, cafes. The home is beautiful (as pictured), very clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay with a toddler— beach towels, an extra cot set up for our toddler, a diaper bin, a booster seat, sand toys. Kitchen was also well stocked with the basics for cooking, washing machine, and AC in the rooms. Moreover, Chiara was extremely accesible and responsive during our stay with instructions, local recommendations, including setting us up with a parking pass. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation for a family— plus easy/close driving to surrounding towns and sights! thank you Chiara for going above and beyond! Hope to come back soon.

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the destinations we had set up was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and will always be ready for anything you need.

A great apartment for a family or a group of friends. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and cooking, if you decide not to go to a restaurant ( dishes, cutlery, all sorts of little things). It is very convenient that there is a closed parking in the courtyard. Alessio is an attentive and helpful host. We highly recommend this apartment if you want to relax on the beach or ride around the beautiful surroundings of Tuscany (Luca, La Spezia, Forte dei Marmi, etc.).

Super location right near the beach and all the restaurants. And I felt safe with locked entrances. Natalia was extremely kind and helpful. She made me feel right at home. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. It was so nice to make myself some meals after a quick trip to the nearby grocery market. The apartment was so cute and welcoming. It had everything I needed.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

We had a wonderful 5 days at Maria Grazia's! The place is so beautiful and the view is stunning. It's very peaceful and you sleep very well there. Maria Grazia is very attentive and responsive. We were perfectly welcomed. The garden is nice for everyone, including our dog. We really liked the outdoor pizza oven! The location is both quiet and close to Lerici on foot. Lerici and the surrounding villages have nothing to envy from the Cinque Terre as they are beautiful and away from the crowds ;) We would totally recommend this listing.

We booked late and we were 6 people with 2 cars. The place was perfect for what we wanted. Somewhere with space, clean, parking and walkable to Forte’s beaches, shops and restaurants. The house ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay there again. We needed to contact the host Simone and he was very responsive and helpful. Book with confidence and enjoy like we did. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

Very nice and functional apartment! Great location very close to the beaches and for us who arrived by train, it was also very convenient to the station. The washing machine is very much appreciated! Alessio is always very helpful and responsive! Recommended on all fronts!

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Antonella's and Luigi's house is in a nice residental area with a beautiful garden which guests can use. Parking was easy in front of the house. Antonella and Luigi are very welcoming and great hosts. Comunication was easy and fast. The appartement offers everything one needs and I liked it very much. There are several free beaches easily reachable by foot or car (free parking). Carrara is a good location for sightseeing as the highway is close as well as the train station. I highly recommend their place and would love to come back one day.

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Super nice apartment. Everything you need. We were warmly welcomed. There were welcome drinks, snacks to eat such as noodles, basil, tomatoes, cornflakes for the children, spices, coffee, etc. We didn't miss anything, there was even a hand vacuum cleaner. The location was great, there was a possibility to park the car for free on the street. We've rarely been in such a well-equipped apartment.
