You will have full access to your own private, sandy beach (directly behind the home) with amazing sunset views and great fishing. We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

Extra large studio suite. It features a king sized bed, full bathroom with shower and tub, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a two person window bench with a built in charging station that overlooks beautiful downtown Havana. Walking distance to Havana's riverfront park, wonderful shopping, and restaurants. Located near Dickson Mounds Museum, Emiquon and Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge, Bellrose Island, Havana's historic Water Tower, and Illinois River Road National Scenic Byway.

The Cottage is a cozy little home located on a quiet street in the tiny town of Hanna City. It as it sits back from the road quite a bit. It's a small stucco cottage (750 sq ft) w/a big brown roof. We strive to provide a comfortable, homey place for guests. The cottage is not fancy, but it is clean and welcoming :) Please note: We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission.

The South Bank Loft features a large, open studio style living space highlighted by gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking historic Main Street in Havana, Illinois. Enjoy sitting by the out door fire pit ,fishing in the pond next to the house and walking the trails. The driveway is downhill from the road, with occasional rain runoff. You will drive past a house that is up the hill from the beach house.
