Very nice apartment with all the comforts, faithful to the photos. Conveniently located three minutes from the pier. Luce was good advice. The plus: the bikes included in the rental. Recommended without hesitation.

Only one night in the winter. Cozy-chic apartment, bright, quiet. Pleasant view. Pleasant bathroom, good bedding and creation of a very nice sleeping area. Proximity to a pedestrian shopping street and a small port in the estuary. We did not miss the view of the sea, and it is within walking distance quickly, We did not test the restaurants, but there seems to be one very good (fish/seafood) at the foot of the building. Self check-in/check-out is a plus. The (wide) arrival and departure times were important in our choice. Thank you for checking out at 11am and not necessarily before. It would be a shame not to be able to enjoy a fat morning, overlooking the harbor from the bed as "encased" in a mini veranda! Too nice! We loved the architectural “fitness” of this small studio! We will be back.

Like all the reviews seen, what's more to add as our stay was perfect: physical and warm welcome from Mathieu, pleasant and very functional accommodation which is superbly located in the heart of Saint Gilles with magnificent views and close to all amenities. We appreciated Mathieu's gestures of welcome, brioche and apple juice as well as the guitar available. Congratulations to him and maybe I'll see you soon.

The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, a short walk to the sea. We were there in low season and it was very nice and quiet. Lucie is very responsive and the instructions are clear. Thanks again for coming back to the area.

Overall it was a very large perfectly equipped house in a beautiful location. The hostess was very committed and always helpful. If there were any issues, it even came especially. Book, check in and check out without hassle. Quiet out of season. We felt comfortable and will be back.

Very nice accommodation with its well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable room and living room, bedroom with bedding with pleasant comfort, the bathroom with large appreciable shower and a small garden allowing you to rest outside. All very well located near the seaside and close to shops. We had a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

Very accessible accommodation on foot with the suitcases at the exit of the boat. as described, very clean and very convenient, we were 6 adults and 1 child. Large living room/living room to share good times. Rooftop and courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Large garage for bikes. I would recommend this property for a family stay and for the kindness of Julie and her dad.

We had a great time with the family at Pierre Jean's place. The house is well located, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Spacious and clean, the accommodation is very well equipped: everything for cooking, books, board games, outdoor games. It's very nice to find a “real” home, not just a home for Airbnb rentals. The garden and covered terrace are very pleasant as well. We'll be happy to go back!

very clean house and very well located. everything nearby: beach, bakery ... 2 large bedrooms with large closets. Beds made upon arrival is quite a plus with all the mattress aèzes and clean pillows!. One small thing though: the lawn is synthetic so our four-legged friends may be surprised. i really recommend this rental. We'll be back!

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, true to photos and description. Nevertheless, the fact of going through a concierge makes certain negative points: having to pay to have sheets and towels, only one garbage bag (buy back if needed) etc... with a €85 cleaning fee, we would be waiting to not have to pay that.

Very nice accommodation and very well equipped. We sleep well too. The environment is quiet and peaceful with the sea and pine forest nearby. The hosts are very accessible and very friendly . We recommend this place and will pick it up if we come back to the area.

Our stay went very well, the accommodation is very well located (quick walking access Intermarche, Bourg de Fromentine) and quiet. Plus, there are plenty of trails to walk to the beach. We were very well received and the accommodation was clean, functional.

Friendly and functional apartment with beautiful city and dune views from the loggia. Almost on the waterfront, it was perfect for our surfing stay. Easy communication with Jean-Marc who welcomed us.

We only stayed for two nights but felt as welcome as if we had been staying a week. Parking right next to the apartment was a big bonus and the location and proximity to a fantastic beach and great bars and restaurants made this a very relaxing stay. The apartment was very well equipped with a good shower and very comfortable bed. Thanks Florian
