The 24 m2 apartment is located on the courtyard side of a residence on the beach, very quiet and secured by badge.

I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
