We had a great weekend at Laurent's place with our 2-year-old son. The beach is a few meters walk away, you can hear it from the garden it's really very pleasant. the accommodation is functional and well-equipped. the environment is quiet and very pleasant. Laurent is responsive and friendly. We'll be back!

The place is comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but it would work for us to spend several days with the family. Bastien is friendly and available. The accommodation is very well located. We recommend it.

The location is ideal for discovering the island, the residence is very quiet, the view from the apartment is beautiful. The concierge staff is very kind and available if needed. Catherine deserves 5* all the way. Cleanliness, equipment, location, tranquility, her apartment is very nice. Catherine is very responsive, every text message has her response within minutes. Catherine is also super organized, she has dotted the apartment with cleverly placed papers, they answer all your questions where you ask yourself them. We were in Saint Jean for 3 days of escape, a successful escape thanks to the unexpected weather at that time and the comfort found at Catherine's. We greatly appreciated the connected heating in the room by our host before our arrival. Thanks Catherine

Accommodation perfectly matches the description and photos. Very comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. Communication with hosts was very fluid and proactive. Very quiet location of the house and quick access to the center of Pornic on foot, bike or car. We would recommend this listing.

Very accessible accommodation on foot with the suitcases at the exit of the boat. as described, very clean and very convenient, we were 6 adults and 1 child. Large living room/living room to share good times. Rooftop and courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Large garage for bikes. I would recommend this property for a family stay and for the kindness of Julie and her dad.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Noirmoutier. Fully equipped, it allowed us to enjoy Noirmoutier without false notes. The stove was really a plus this November. Go with your eyes closed:)

Impeccable accommodation: cleanliness, brightness, comfortable and well laid out. The bedrooms and their bedding are very nice and of very good quality, the bathrooms are very spacious. Even though the period did not allow us to enjoy the exteriors, they promise good evenings in the summer, the sunbeds and the rest area are available. Access through the garage is a plus and keeps the house cleaner. Thanks Cédric for the quick replies to our messages. I recommend it and think we will come back, our stay was too short to discover everything from Ile de Noirmoutier. See you soon Cécile and Gérard

The apartment has a fantastic location on the beach. The parking lot was also incredible and convinces with its location right on the beach. The accommodation was well furnished and on the balcony you could enjoy a 180 degree sea view. We were extremely happy with the place. Definitely recommend.

Our hosts were very accommodating and participate in the conviviality of the place. All the necessary information was sent to us as soon as we arrived. Françoise's place is very cozy, extremely well-equipped and offering magnificent views! The beach, shops, restaurants are easily accessible. Communication is impeccable and Françoise is very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a GREAT time in Pornic. Warm welcome from J.Paul and Yvane with small touches much appreciated including a delicious brioche for our breakfast. Thanks to them for the introduction of the apartment and the instructions. Apartment as described and photos. Very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, very clean, very good quality equipment, perfect bedding, there is everything you need to cook...nothing is missing, it feels like home. The very well-equipped balcony is a plus , nice to have most of our meals there. The apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the Old Port and shops, a convenience store 8 minutes walk away, very convenient. Very quiet and secure residence. The 2 private parking spaces including 1 in the basement , are secure and very appreciated. J.Paul and Yvane are welcoming, caring and very responsive hosts, we recommend it unreservedly, we will return with great pleasure! 😁

We come to Pornic regularly. Gilles' apartment has the most beautiful sea view we have had here. The apartment is very functional , well designed and tastefully decorated. In September , the calm is total . We immediately access the customs road. We felt good in all the weather . In addition , the concierge service is a real plus for the exchanges it allows and the advice we can receive . A great stay!

Claire and Philippe were super friendly. They met us at the property and explained everything you need to know about the area. Their place is super clean, and we immediately felt like home. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the center of Pornic and other locatuins. It also has the access to the local beaches from the back side. Underground parking was very comfortable and convenient. The welcome bottle of muscadet and cookies were the cherry on the top! We definitely would recommend this house to anyone!
