A great stay at Brigitte's place. True little haven of serenity in the heart of Yeu Island. The accommodation is very functional, very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is a little small but it's not a bother. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Everything it needed to have a good stay. The house is well-equipped, very close to the beach. Amenities (SPAR, boulangerie...) are within walking distance.

We had a great stay in Jacqueline's studio. The listing was in all respects in line with the photos. It is located in a very quiet area of St Hilaire de Riez, on the edge of the forest. In the evening... not the slightest noise, absolute calm. Arrived on a rainy Monday, we were more than happy to be able to enjoy the fireplace and hot tub at 37° C... a real joy. It's really the 2 "plus" that make the difference! Jacqueline gave us a pleasant welcome and gave us good advice, especially on nearby restaurants. On his advice, we dined at the "Grain de Sable" which we recommend to all. We will be happy to come back if we come back through the Vendee.

We had a great time with the family at Pierre Jean's place. The house is well located, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Spacious and clean, the accommodation is very well equipped: everything for cooking, books, board games, outdoor games. It's very nice to find a “real” home, not just a home for Airbnb rentals. The garden and covered terrace are very pleasant as well. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of l 'Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this place to stay for families or groups of friends.

We had a pleasant stay with 2 toddlers and a small dog. Although Jean-Pierre uses a concierge, he is always available in case of need. A big plus for the location of the listing as it is located in a quiet location in a private residence at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and only a few hundred meters from the beach.

My husband and I spent 5 days at Jean-Denis in a very individually and cozily furnished apartment at the beginning of November. The location is great opposite the harbor. The parking space on the premises directly at the apartment is also very pleasant. The flat is very spacious and very well equipped. It is convenient to book the laundry package and the final cleaning. We will be happy to come back.

A rare pearl, the great highlight of this place is the view, you will see above all the houses of the island and up to the horizon at almost 360 degrees, because this building is one of the only ones to do 2 floors. Laëtitia's house is very nice , easy to live in. There were ten of us, including children (6 and 8), plus a baby. We had a great holiday stay in Toussaint. The beach, hiking trails, the village and shops are close by. Laetitia is accommodating and friendly . Recommended rental.

We had a great week with our family. The house is located really right on the water, the terrace allows you to enjoy the sea and the sun throughout the day. The views are absolutely exceptional. The location at the end of a small cul-de-sac guarantees absolute calm and silence. The noisiest neighbors are… the gulls! We will be back with joy!
