Babeth is very responsive to questions. the less important activity allowed him to offer us an entry and exit from the accommodation outside the usual hours, this is the first time we have been offered it. i would gladly recommend this accommodation, we will surely come back with family or friends.

We felt right at home at the beautiful house in Noirmoutier. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures, especially the yard and pool are huge! The rooms and bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. They provided a restaurant and activity guide in advance which was great. During our stay, Laetitia was very responsive via text and made check in and check out smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice house, well-located, close to the port and the beach. Very close to a fairly busy road without it really bothering. Poor quality 5G network, if you need to work remotely! It was missing some useful amenities that we regretted (hair dryer, dryer, internet box, sheets...) but we were warned! Super nice pool with young children, bright and very nice house. We will be back with great pleasure!

A very, very nice stay at Maeva and Cyrille's. We even struggled to leave as the place is peaceful and the really cute cottage with a beautiful cozy decor. We loved our stay in Julie's beautiful home. The place was spotless and well equipped, including a nespresso coffee maker. We really enjoyed the fabulous pool and the outside, undercover seating area which felt private and not overlooked. The beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the parking space for our 2 cars. The beach and a local shop were only a short walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Top rental! Very well located apartment (2 minutes walk from the beach of the Ocean, one of the most beautiful in my opinion, and 10/15 minutes walk from the small city center of l 'Epine), really clean and well-equipped, thoughtfully furnished.

Small apartment in a quiet area. The apartment is very well-equipped . For two more than four in the off-season . Ok for 4 in season with beautiful terrace . Close to a beautiful beach and a beautiful forest . Vincent is very accommodating and friendly .

It is a small haven of peace, very well located a few minutes walk from the beach. A course is available in the bordering woods, which allowed us a sports holiday. The house is spacious and well arranged: large kitchen with many condiments available (a pleasure for those who like to cook), a cozy living room with books and above all, a stove, where we spent warm evenings by the fire. 3 bedrooms and a laundry room as well as a garden complete this refreshing place, I can only recommend this pretty house, nestled in the charming island of Noirmoutier. Aurianne has always been responsive through messages and was very accommodating at check-in and checkout. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will be back!:-)

We were very satisfied with the stay in this charming house and enjoyed the welcome. If you are looking for calm, you will be won over. The beach is very close as well as the town of Noirmoutier. Bike rides are always enjoyable even in this fall season. Guests can park your bikes, a place is provided.

Good evening we came to celebrate a friend's birthday with a girlfriend and everything was great a sunny we and a top house I recommend and I could go back without any hesitation if I had to go back to the island

Very nice stay in a house ideal for a family with two young children, with a nice garden, and close to the beautiful beaches of the Épine.

We stayed at Hubert's place for a week with our 3 children. The house is very well adapted (full foot, a sleeping area, a large living room, garden with trampoline, a nice terrace in the sun). We can only recommend this accommodation. Located 300 meters from the beach, you can walk to it! This place is also very well located for exploring Noirmoutier, by bike or by car. In short, we loved this place and will be back.

The house is extremely nice and pretty! Well appointed, very clean and tastefully decorated. The terrace and small garden are a real plus for this rental which was perfect for a family of 4. I particularly appreciate the linens that are provided allowing us to travel without having to bring sheets and towels. The host is also very responsive which facilitates communication! Beautiful little house restored in a top setting, you can leave the car and do everything on foot and by bike, ideal for the family. as a bonus the small garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Marjolaine and her family were super welcoming and very accommodating, a real pleasure to connect with them either before or during the stay. We highly recommend it!
