Vacation rentals with beach access in L'Épine

The stay in Prefailles was lovely. The accommodation is ideally placed facing the ocean. A few kilometers from Pornic and Pointe Saint-Gildas. Anne-Charlotte took care of our well-being. We didn't miss a thing.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

A breathtaking view of a sunset in a functional and thoughtful environment. Outside of high season, it remains an ideal destination for a romantic weekend.

Corinne is very friendly, she greeted us at the agreed time, showed us around the apartment. The accommodation is very clean and functional. We had a great Easter weekend there. What a luxury to be able to have lunch facing the sea!!

I had a good time by the sea. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The beach and city center are close. It's quiet in the evening and at night. Nathalie is a pleasant, efficient and flexible host. Recommended without hesitation!

Excellent stay at Martine's, very functional apartment, the veranda is a real plus to enjoy the sea view, and the embankment is really close!

excellent stay at Delphine and Tony 's. adorable hosts, responsive and who kindly allowed us flexibility on our arrival and departure times for this two-night stay. I recommend it. (very close to the sea, a children's playground, ideal with teenagers and little ones!)

Small green cocoon close to the beach and close to shops. Modern and well-equipped accommodation. Neighbors close but quiet and quiet (at least at this time of year). Highly responsive communication with hosts. Everything is done remotely but always with little touches/recommendations from them. Be careful if you are traveling with an infant/toddler the stairs are very steep and easy to access - it requires a little attention. We enjoyed our stay very much, despite the mixed weather;)

Perfect! The accommodation is spacious , clean and well-equipped. The garden is big enough for the kids to play , the trampoline is a plus. We are a couple with 4 children and we did not lack anything. The host is welcoming , always attentive and the instructions are clear. Thank you very much

Perfect, clean, functional accommodation. Just be careful for the elderly, you can't park next to the accommodation and the stairs are dangerous.

We had a lovely week at Steeve's house. The property is clean, perfectly furnished, in a very quiet area and close to the sea. The walks are great. I was with my wife and two daughters. I recommend it.👍🏼 P.S.: A big thank you to Sylvie for her kindness.

A nice bright apartment, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. The accommodation is close to shops, the beach and the coastal path. Convenient and useful to have access to a parking space behind the building. Angélique, the hostess was responsive and concerned about the smooth running of my stay. I recommend :-)

Frederic is responsive and welcoming. The instructions are simple and understandable, they guided us well on local shops and activities to do. The apartment is superb and well arranged.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged and above all very well located, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. No need to take the car, everything is next door. Patricia is very friendly and available even remotely.
