Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lazio

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

good morning can be seen from the morning : although the check-in was automatic, Paolo rushed to help us with luggage under a storm . Thank you for your hospitality . The house is extremely spacious , it could be used without problems by larger groups . Nothing is missing and with Paolo's instructions we also resolved the parking problem of our second car.

It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Alessandra's place is in a wonderful neighborhood for seeing the sites in Rome. With a cafe across the street and good restaurants nearby, it was very convenient. Walkable to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. One great thing, is that the apartment faces the courtyard so no street noise so it was quiet even though it was on a busy pedestrian street. I recommend it.

Great location. Had 8 family members with four private bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen, den and front balcony overlooking Main Street. Owners are very sweet and responsive. A fairly minor quibble is that they offered to arrange a private driver to airport on checkout date. The driver failed to appear with no explanation. We opted for uber as a backup and no significant impacts occurred. Recommend a day prior confirmation to avoid any stressors. Would stay there again. Recommended place and owners. Well done! The stay at the apartment was lovely, the location was perfect not far from anything; the St Peter basilica, shops and restaurants were all very walkable. Giuseppe's met us to welcome us and he was a lovely and helpful man.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Very nice place, I would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of amenities, much quieter than central Rome. Good coffee shop and restaurant across the road.

Excellent stay at Anna's place! The apartment was super clean and easy to enter with the keys in the entry box. It's very close to the bus station and several lines pass by. We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Experience tunic great service

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

Everything is very clean, very well equipped kitchen, beds with a nice smell, air conditioning working perfectly, essential or necessary amenities in the bathroom and kitchen all excellent. Yes, I'd go back again.

The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.
