Vacation rentals with a home theater in Lazio

Our experience exceeded expectations in many ways! It was by far the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Giancarla met us upon arrival and explained everything to us. Her apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable and she was an exceptional host! She thought of everything possible to make our travel experience special. She supplied us with a lot of extras such as wine, coffee, breakfast cake, bottled water, cookies, toothpaste, comb, potato chips etc. We were overwhelmed with her hospitality. She followed up to make sure everything was ok and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Her apartment was so cute and even had Alexa to turn on music, TV and AC. We recommended Giancarla and her apartment for anyone who wants a first class BnB experience!

The apartment is located in the historic center and therefore in a very convenient position to visit Spoleto and its surroundings. It has private street parking. Clean, tidy, comfortable accommodation equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fabrizio and Raffaella are very helpful, responsive and kind people. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, ideal for larger families, close to the subway

We had a great week at the apartment. It was clean and tidy. There were good beds and a large wardrobe in one bedroom. The apartment itself was in a quiet area away from the noise of the street. Giuseppe and his team were really good at responding to messages and making recommendations, directions, etc. They responded very quickly to messages. The area is close to the old town of Trastevere, which is definitely worth a visit. It is easy and quick to get into the center by tram 8 or 3, where the large and famous sights are located.

Spacious apartment, great location, close to the metro (very few stops from the Vatican and the hyper-center) and a shopping mall. The apartment is quiet, the bedding comfortable. The host offered us clean towels halfway through the week, we didn't need them but the attention was appreciated. We will be back!

Walkable location. Difficulty with parking if you rented a car. Wish there was paper towels/tissues and soap for handwashing provided. Otherwise, overall a good experience

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. While the location was a bit far from the city center, everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

I can definitely recommend the place for everyone. The accommodation has everything you need. Kitchen with everything you need. Induction stove, fridge, air conditioning. And the bedding smelled sooooo good, just wow. There were even towels. The area is very quiet and there are 2 good restaurants nearby. Nearby is a train stop but very important tickets can only be purchased with a card. I don't have to say anything about the Lido. It's a vacation paradise. Thanks to Mapy for everything and I would recommend it any time.

simone was perfect, a very kind person and from the first contact he was very helpful. the house is exactly as described, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and a single cot available in case of need. the house is a 10-minute drive from the Olympic, very comfortable.

You will have a host that is responsive to anything you need and will provide many recommendations regarding food or places to visit. Worth the stay for the price!!

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

It was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better than that! 🤩 Easy to find, clean and with everything you need for your stay We had a great time with our dog, with the fenced garden to make him enjoy the vacation too, which was essential for us The house is ideal for unplugging and enjoying relaxation in tranquility, both day and night Roberto is a super helpful and very kind Host, even for any questions or advice for visiting the area and its surroundings! 😄 We felt at home and we absolutely recommend it, we would go back right away!!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

The drain hole was blocked at first, but thank you to the Host for helping to deal with it promptly!The room and kitchen are clean. The only minor disadvantage is that there is a bar outside, which can be a bit noisy. I still recommend it to everyone. If you come to Rome, you can come and stay.

Paola was an absolutely beautiful host - inside and out!! She was so helpful and accommodating while traveling with our 7-month-old daughter (provided a crib and baby blanket and little tub). Lots of recommendations for local spots. She even set up accommodations for us to get to and from the airport/ train station after a long day of travel - it was well worth it. Lastly, her home was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. I felt like I was in a dream vacation home. Thank you so much! We will be coming back!!!!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful condo on a quiet street. Gelato nearby! Short walk to Vatican City. Lots of dishes and utensils. Fascinating greenery. 2 lovely modern bathrooms.

Laura's apartment is spectacular, super spacious, with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, nice, very well decorated, with lots of natural lighting and fresh air. It has a large terrace where you can quietly have a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-equipped. We highly recommend it.
