Our stay at Andrea's place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and was just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed, and Andrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. We felt so comfortable throughout your stay. Beautiful place in nature and in full relaxation if you want to unplug a few days. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay both romantic and with friends. Francesco is a great landlord who welcomed us with a nice aperitif and was available to all our requests. There are various trails and paths for nice excursions nearby. Absolutely positive experience!

Ornella super host, always kind and caring, ready to meet all needs. We went to this apartment (perfect for 4 as two even separate couples who want their separate spaces) and although the renovation was not 100%, the house was extremely cozy.

We stayed at Matteo's place with 4 young kids. The cabin is rustic and rough around the edges but has the basics for what you need and we LOVED it. It also has a cool vibe. We had a great time. The kids were very sad to go. We walked in the beautiful surrounding forests and meadow (which were magical - my 4 yearold daughter was sure there were fairies and a princess with wolf dogs). We looked at the stars in the clear night sky. We roasted marshmallows in the fire place and sang songs (nobody is around so you can sing and play guitar as badly and loudly as you like). We played target games with pinecones and built inukshuks. My husband made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and it even stormed & snowed on our last night which was thrilling for 4 Canadian kids who have been missing the snow! It was VERY peaceful, we felt like nobody was around which is nice after being in Rome for an extended period of time. We can't understand why the area is so underdeveloped. We were all sad to go.

Enviable location, great hospitality, service and comfort, I recommend focusing a little more on local products and preparations regarding breakfast (excluded from the price of the location).

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

Valerio's chalet is a lovely place, in a private, quiet area that follows the shape of the mountain and maintains the vegetation of the area. The house is huge, in constant but perfectly functional renovation, spacious, fresh, perfectly equipped (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washer dryer, vacuum cleaner).. for a family vacation it is ideal! We stayed with small children: the stairs are many but with a little attention the children are in peace. Valerio gave us the games he had, a crib, a high chair, a stroller, a fantastic outdoor pool. Private parking where 4 cars also enter, whatelse to add... we will definitely be back!

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. staying at Roberta's was a unique experience. A very well-kept accommodation in every detail. Everything impeccable from the reception to the services offered. Nothing was missing. Immersed in greenery and peace. Surrounded by trees. Outdoor spaces and very pleasant relaxation area. Highly recommended for a restorative vacation. Not too far from the beautiful sperlonga, with an enchanting sea and beaches. I will definitely be back

We spent the night here as a group and were so happy with everything. The house is large, beautiful and well-kept, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and a beautiful outdoor space with a barbecue, relaxation and an adorable dog and cat that made everything even more beautiful. The area is quiet, secluded, and quiet, but it's still close to a restaurant, mini markets, and more. Strength of the house, in our opinion, is the very kind landlord Gabriele, whom we thank again so much and who spent a couple of times to visit us during the stay (with very good sweets) and with whom we spoke very willingly. From the first moment Gabriele was always available for clarification, directions and much more, making sure the stay went well and also offering us great tips on places to visit and trails to travel. In short, we would be more than happy to come back and in fact we will most likely do it! A perfect experience. Highly recommended.

The accommodation offered by Alessia and her family is very pleasant and perfect for a stay with the family! The amenities offered are as described, the Clim is really a plus in this region of Italy! We spent 5 days there when we were welcomed as at home: the hosts present are welcoming and caring (and speak very well English and French) The terrace with its garden furniture is really very very appreciated! There's nothing negative to complain about, go there with your eyes closed!

We had a lovely time at Daniele’s place. The bungalow is small but nice and the pool area was highly appreciated by the kids. Daniele and his wife are both really nice and helped with good recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very nice experience.

It was a really beautiful day. The location is lovely and the wine is also very delicious. The restaurant is also recommended and the service by the pool is top notch and you feel right at home.

It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.

If you want to relax, it's the perfect vacation. we were with our dog who had a beautiful garden and the lake with the possibility of accessing the private beach almost always in total peace. martina's parents who welcomed us were very kind, also making themselves available for a breakdown to the car we had. The chalet is beautiful and has all the comforts including wifi and A/C. The area is beautiful and a few steps from Bracciano which is full of excellent restaurants. What can we say, we'll definitely be back!
