amazing place! all staff were so nice and attentive. there was fanta coke and beer in the fridge for no extra cost rich breakfast with cheese yogurt cold cuts free espresso anytime such a good find...the bed was comfortable and the place overall cute.

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

To say that my experience at Stefania's went smoothly is an understatement! I had decided to praise the quality of this very cute little B&B right here but Stefania's availability, the possibility she offered us to have breakfast with our "roommates", extremely nice as well as, icing on the cake, her promptness to help me after my departure, in just a few hours, to return a personal item that I had forgotten on site makes me want to give her, not 5 stars, but 5 stars +++++. Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

Silvia's hospitality helped make my first visit to Rome perfect. From beginning to end, she was very kind and provided everything that I needed. Also, her space is just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum/Forum and other ancient sites. I can't recommend her B&B enough!

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!

Very good stay, Paolo was very responsive and very pleasant. The accommodation matched the photos, it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast included just downstairs in a very nice café was a real plus! Our room was cleaned and tidied every morning, we were even surprised by the quality of the tidying! Thank you for this trip Paolo!

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

The b&b was amazing! The host and the cats were so nice and welcoming. Nothing was to much and everything was possible. The view is absolutly beautiful and we enjoyed waking up with it everyday. The pool was great as wel. Overal one of the best stays ever!
