Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

We stayed in this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops and restaurants, making every move simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in a cozy and well-organized environment. Thank you so much for everything!

Stefania is an excellent host, we loved it, as a host she takes care of every detail. The instructions were very clear, he was always attentive and everything went perfectly, I would definitely stay here again. The location is not a problem as the transport system is very well connected. I definitely felt right at home.

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

I recommend this place to everyone: very spacious, modern and perfectly clean. All appliances are of quality . The location is perfect, with only 12 euros of taxi you are in the center (near Trevi etc) or Termini station. In addition, very helpful host.

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

Logistically great location with tram and train station to the airport almost outside the door. Nice new apartment. Would rent there again.

Simona and her husband are very friendly, attentive. They helped us with our bags, left the room beautiful with everything you need. I felt at home. The place is beautiful and quiet, it has everything nearby. It made our trip special. If I ever go back to Rome, I'll stay at Simona's house again. Best AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. We loved the place and when we return to Rome, we’ll definitely stay at this home!! Gracias, Lucia. Prego.

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions. We toured the ancient archiological site of Ostia Antica, which was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. Truly amazing. We felt very happy and enjoyed our stay in Monika's home!

It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

Stefano provides services beyond expectation. Unfortunately, my last stay my daughter get sick (not because the accomodation). Stefano helps me with getting the doctor which other will not do it.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Everything went great! The place was clean and as pictured. The only accommodation is on the ground floor (it is also the last floor in this building), the door and window is the entrance group near the apartment, there is a sofa in the kitchen and it will be very light in the morning and it can be noisy from people passing by, keep this in mind. There are not enough slippers, very cold floors, it's also good to have pillows to choose from, the current ones were very high and a child or a person with a sore neck may not be suitable. Overall, everything is great, very responsive hosts, not a bad neighborhood.

Everything was great. Gabriele was great host - not invasive, always ready to respond fast and clearly. The accommodation itself was great and the terrace is amazing - everything as described and as on photos. The parking is on the street but free, and most of the time you have an available parking space, but there is a metro station near so you don't have to use the car so often. The location is good and safe and all the people near are nice and friendly. We would definitely recommend the place and would come again.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
