Amazing place with breathtaking views! This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The house is beautiful, the surroundings are stunning, and the music selection was great. Monica was incredibly kind and always attentive to anything we needed — she helped my family and me so much. I would definitely love to come back! 5/5

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's! He was very communicative and shared helpful information in advance of our arrival. He also met us at the house when we arrived to show us how to use the appliances, etc. The house has everything you need (e.g., well-equipped kitchen) and was very comfortable (nice bedding, towels, etc.). The view is even better in person than pictured. We had rain all but one day of our stay and even in the rain it was stunning. If you have nice weather, the property is a short walk to a beach and playground with great views and access to bars/restaurants. We also had a lovely lunch at Il Crotto, which is a short walk away and had excellent gelato at Gelateria Artigianale Al Pontile every day. Highly recommend Maurizio's place for a peaceful and stunning vacation!

We were so thankful this amazing place was available—two weeks prior to our trip another AirBnB host canceled us. The Sisters House location is central to everything. Nine minute walk to the ferry. 12-15 minute walk to the train station. Just a few steps down to the beach. The house is very well appointed. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you needed if you want to cook. The shower is a little small—but I called it small and mighty—instant hot water and great water pressure. Bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries. Bed had outlets on both sides and was very comfortable. The downstairs area stays really cool and there’s a really nice washer down there. A good AirBnB starts with a great host—Elena is the best! Thanks for sharing your place with us. 😊 We loved our stay there.

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

Amazing place to stay! Sara is amazing - she gave many local recommendations and shared lots of helpful information! The walk up from the AirBnb was not easy, but well worth it for the view and location!

Our family of 8 had an amazing time staying at this place. The location was really good especially if you’re spending time in Bellagio and Como Town. The house felt very homey and the views were unreal. Would definetly recommend this place to stay if you’re coming to Lake Como and if you have a car to get around. The host was also very responsive. The outdoor terrace area is what made this place stand out in comparison to other locations, especially when there was good weather.

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

Everything was as described and we were very satisfied. The house is great and it was clean! The pool was great and also clean. For a holiday with a dog the place is perfect. Everyone felt comfortable. The lake and restaurants can be reached quickly: We would come back any time.

We had 2 great days in Palanzo. After a very relaxed check-in through the key box, Jason's mother welcomed us very warmly and gave us some great tips for the region! The children's equipment is great and everything was very childproof and spacious! We will be happy to come back!

The place was very good and clean. In addition, communication with Anna and other tenants was very smooth. Our requests were also responded to quickly. For example, we received a toaster and a baby high chair very quickly. The place was also close to the beach, in a good location and in a quiet area. The only downside was that the downstairs resident rang his alarm clock a few mornings so that it could be heard in our apartment, waking some of us up. Hot water also ran out once during our stay. After a few hours of waiting, however, hot water was available again.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Thank you again for your hospitality Mary! The apartment was simply beautiful, clean, with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful towards the lake and we had a wonderful view of the mountain too. Mary is a very nice lady and helped us with everything we asked for! We will definitely go back next summer! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

Had a lovely stay at Simone's cottage in Crone. A nice, spacious and clean house, where you immediately feel at home. Communication with Simone went smoothly and smoothly, you will get a quick answer to your questions. In the cottage there is a folder with explanations and tips for restaurants, shops and activities. Super convenient! A lot is within walking distance, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. All in all had a super nice vacation!

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Yvonne was very caring and if we go to Lake Comersee again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you, Stefanie, Robin and F

We read in the reviews that the train noise was noticeable but we barely heard it at all. It was worth it to be so near the train and the boat station. Cars are motorbikes are pretty noisy in the town but nothing anyone can do about that. Lots of stairs which we didn’t mind since we were always eating 🤣 being able to use the washer in the basement was so helpful and appreciated! There is a laundromat with a dryer around the corner if you need a dryer but she provides a nice drying rack in the house so we never paid for drying. We would absolutely stay here again!

Andrea was the best host! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt we had made a lifelong friend. He was generous with his time in helping us get around and helping us on tips for the area. The home - just stunning! The location was beautiful, the home was spotless and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed snacks left by Andrea and made meals in the kitchen looking out over the lake. The hot tub was special, and we loved every moment with our children! It was truly the perfect ending to our Italian vacation- and we hope to visit again.

Absolutely wonderful place! The house was spotless and had everything you needed! Cinzia left a breakfast hamper, water and biscuits for us to enjoy. There was aircon and plenty of storage for our luggage. Cinzia gave us lots of recommendations and you have access to a private garden upon request. A shop and a bar opposite the house and a 10 minute walk to Orrido de Nesso bridge. Loved our stay! Thank you 💛

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Nice little apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio with beautiful garden and great view of the lake. Even got lettuce and eggs from the garden and Lucia's own chickens! Thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice, warm house with stunning views of Lake Como. Be careful, it's a climb! Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is in a very good location. It is located on the Green Way which allows you to take a superb walk along the lake through the villages. Lenno Harbor is a 20-minute walk away via the Green Way. This avoids taking the car to pick up the boat and visit Bellagio and Varenne. Parking spaces are indeed limited along the lake.
