House complete with kitchen, bathrooms, shower, sofa, TV, WiFi, outdoor tables, barbecue space. Possibility of walks in the countryside on foot or by bicycle, proximity to farms, proximity to spas, restaurants and pizzerias. Run by a farm, upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket with their products. The last stretch of road to reach the accommodation is unpaved.

The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone.
