Grume Cabin *reachable by trail*

Two bedroom cabin, large living room and garden immersed in the greenery of nature. Reachable about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio superior (650 meters on foot, difference in height (from parking) 200 meters approx.). Free parking at the foot of the climb. The house is close to Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to get off the climb to reach them). From the cabin some interesting excursions start. SPA availability (mag-set).

Beautiful chalet, recently built in stone and wood, located on two floors with stone fireplace, 3000 sqm of garden, fruit trees, organically grown vegetable garden, stone barbecue, hammock with panoramic view of the wonderful Acquafraggia waterfalls, access road and private parking. Strategic location 30 minutes by car from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 minutes from Madesimo, 40 minutes from Lake Lecco, 1.15 minutes from Milan and 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, tobacconist and bar.

Chalet Lilia, Romantic, Private, Breathtaking View

Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

Little Gem Holiday Chalet

Little Gem è una graziosa baita situata nella piccola località di Piazzaga è raggiungibile a piedi, posteggiando l’ auto nel paese di Torno, attraverso un panoramico sentiero di circa 30/40 minuti. Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone. We offer a wonderful 70 sqm wooden and stone cabin on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, reachable from a steep 50-meter downhill road and accessible only on foot. Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, less than 15 minutes away by car.
