Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

You can tell that David and Joyce put a lot of effort into making their AirBnB cute and clean. I loved how easy it was to park and get into the space. And when my husband came down with food poisoning on our roadtrip, I was grateful they were flexible on our check-in time. One thing that I’ll note for families: It is not an ideal place to stay with a toddler as there are lots of cute decorations, choking hazards, and things that could be broken within arms reach. Most people won’t be traveling with a toddler and so that will be a non-issue. My husband and I would gladly stay again once our son is less likely to break things or put them in his mouth :)

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

This is a top end accomodation from a host who understands what the traveller needs to feel instantly welcome, comfortable and valued. Erin is very generous in making sure her guests have everything they need and more while staying in her apartment. Her careful and caring attention to detail made our stay very special and we would love to return.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We went to Steven’s home on Lake Winnisquam for our daughter’s graduation. The house is direct lake front, stunning panoramic views! The home is beautiful, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer convenient on main floor. Gas fireplace chased away coolness of the spring mornings and creates cozy ambiance. Comfy furniture! On the roomy screened porch the furniture is excellent quality. There is a drink fridge and ice maker on the porch for your convenience. The baths and bedrooms were immaculate. We appreciated full size beds. The neighbors are friendly and had a smile when we walked our dog or drove to the house. Great parking spaces, beautiful lawn area with firepit, seating space under the porch, gas grill, private dock, kayaks and more. Lake is pristine. Steven responds very quickly to inquiries and is a top notch host! Great coffee/tea station, thoughtful amenities! Will come again in a heartbeat!

The host was friendly and responsive, we got exactly what we were expecting, no surprises. The house was cozy and met all our needs, we would definitely recommend it to others and would also stay there again.

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

Best air bnb we have stayed in. Sean provided everything including great snacks. It is such a cozy place, beautiful view of the lake, very close to lots of activities and restaurants, extremely comfortable, nice neighbors, wonderful porch area, and every amenity you can think of. We will definitely stay again. We just loved the area!

Lyria's place was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean, everything we needed, spacious and great amenities. We usually stay in hotels when in the area, but Lyria's place was a way better value and so much more space! The surroundings were gorgeous and my kids (10 & 13) loved the pool and surrounding attractions (hiking Artist's Bluff and walking The Basin path). The time we went (mid April) not a ton was going on in the area, but we were happy just to explore, relax and hang out at the pool! We even enjoyed watching a Celtics playoff game on the big screen TV! Lyria gave us great recommendations for where to eat and we loved everything she suggested. Highly recommend for a family with kids or a quiet retreat for adults!

We went to this location for our one year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. Nadia and Bradley were super responsive everytime we had a question, and they even sent us a list of things to do on a rainy day since it rained a lot one of the days we were there! The condo was super clean and smelled so good when we got in. They had the cutest set up and it felt so homey. Super peaceful property and so beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway.

We enjoyed our four night stay very much. the home was clean and spacious, and as described. We spent a good deal of time on the lovely front porch, and the kitchen served our needs quite well. Also nice was a good washer and dryer. This home is located near to good restaurants and several bike trails. Recommend highly.

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!
