Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Puente

had a great stay at this property. It was nice and quiet, and clean. Has everything you need. Its quite close to Myrtle so you're a couple minutes away from all the cute shops. The AC is a little loud and might need to be looked at. wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but just something to note. Thanks for sharing this cute property.

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Luis place was amazing ! He was super nice and replied very fast. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Will be returning in the future.

Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Exactly like the photos, bed was super comfy, tv was great. The gated entrance and private parking lot were great and we felt super safe. The host was very responsive and flexible when I requested a late checkout at the last minute. I’m very lucky we found this place, it was the perfect place for our stay! Definitely will wanna come back next time I’m in the area. Thank you!!!!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

Julia’s home was excellent! We had a wonderful time staying there and felt right at home! We stayed as a group of four and it was the perfect size. Everything was clean and maintained and the property was beautiful. At one point, we had a small issue and Julia resolved it within a few hours. Super kind and responsive host. We would absolutely stay again.

Worth the price paid. Don't expect a 5 star hotel and you'll give this place a 5 star rating. The place could use a little updating here and there, but nothing that hindered our stay. The beds were comfortable although the metal frame did squeak occasionally. Again, it was within my expectations so no problem for me. Host was very responsive, gave excellent check-in instructions. Parking overnight can be an little bit of an issue. We parked in the driveway, but when leaving in the mornings we noticed that street parking was full and dependimg on when you get in for the night, you may need to park a little farther away from the place. We didn't use the backyard patio but noticed that the swing had torn fabric and wasn't usable. The dryer/washer is set outside one of the bedrooms windows so if someone were to use it, bedroom occupant might be able to hear it running. None of those things would prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. The place worked for us as expected. May 2025 visit.

What a wonderful place to stay! The home is decorated whimsically and has that old construction with lovely large rooms and old world charm. The backyard has so many fun things! A must see!

We had a beautiful stay at Javier’s property.. Very nice and private.. So homely and relaxing.. Me and my family loved our stay.. Was super clean and smelt absolutely amazing when you walked in.. Would definitely stay again.. Thank you so much :)

This is the ideal place to be if you have kids. There's a park down the street walkable distance, friendly neighbor's, my family and I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. This is the perfect home away from home. I would love to stay here again.

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.
