Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
Very clean and modern with new flooring, granite counters, and a high-end leather sectional. Renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower with waterfall showerhead. Updated kitchen with Samsung stainless steel appliances. Large private balcony with Gulf views— directly across the street from beach access! Walk to great restaurants and shops. Fully stocked with everything you need. Baby gear available at no extra cost. Dedicated FREE parking. The reviews speak for themselves! Come visit us 🏝️

The space
You will be able to let yourself in using keyless entry. Besides free Wifi access, the living room is equipped with a new 55 inch Samsung smart tv including streaming options. The master bedroom has a new 43 inch Samsung smart tv and the second bedroom has a 40 inch smart tv.

We have a storage closet full of goodies you can use including beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, toys and more!!

Other things to note
We constantly get feedback that this is the best airbnb they’ve ever stayed in simply because they are stocked with everything you need. We do not want guests to have to go buy a bunch of items or have to pack them. We want to take the hard work out so you can just enjoy your vacation.

If you have young children, this is the perfect place to stay! Very family friendly. We have a pack n play, high chair, toddler cot, stroller and toys available at no cost. There are also children’s plates, silverware and cups available to use. Directly across the street from the beach access. You can use our wagon to tote all the beach toys around. Nap time? No problem! It’s close enough to go back for naps or snacks! Having two young children of our own we know how challenging it can be to travel with little ones but we are here to make your trip more enjoyable and less stressful.

Born and raised in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio where I currently live with my Spouse and 2 Young Children. We have 2 Airbnb’s in Indian Rocks Beach on Gulf Blvd (next door to one another). We fell in love with the IRB area and love for others to discover the beauty of the area as well. We truly feel like it’s a hidden gem! We take great pride in our condos to make sure they are immaculate, modern and beautifully decorated. We want our guests to feel at home without a care in the world.
