Do you love sunsets? The villa was just renovated and sits on the water of the grand lagoon at the marina. There are stunning sunsets over the water viewable from the couch! This villa is in the private and gated Bay Point golfing community. The pro shop & a great restaurant with live entertainment is a short walk away. The Bay Point Nicklaus Golf Course surrounds the villa. There are numerous activities nearby, all withing a 10 minute drive or walking distance, including the best beaches!
The space
It is a newly fully renovated first floor villa with no stairs and a single step up into the door. It is located in the private, quiet, and secure community of Bay Point, on the water at the marina. It has a gated entry with security and patrolling security guards. The rear wall is floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door to the patio that allows full view of the water, marina, and beautiful sunsets!

Serenity Spa for massages and other relaxing spa treatments.
Walking/Jogging/Biking/Golf Cart Trails all over the neighborhood and around the golf course.
A small public beach access on the Grand Lagoon.
There is also a small hidden bay beach access very near by.

St. Andrews State Park is directly across the lagoon with the best beaches in the region. It even has a beach area with shallow water that is protected from the waves known to locals as the "kiddie pool," that is prefect for children. The park also has walking trails, gator viewing area, a large pier, three stores for food, drinks, supplies and beach toys or gear. The park also has a shuttle to shell island.
The villa has a king sized bed in the master bedroom with TV and ceiling fan, a twin size day bed with privacy screen in the sun room. The couch pulls out into a full/double sized bed, and the ottoman folds out into a single bed. All sleeping areas have views of the water, boats, and amazing sunsets.
The villa has a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water.
There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom, sun room, dining area, and living room to airflow and extra cooling.
The full bath has a walk in shower with bench and overhead/handheld shower head combo. It also has a toilet and vanity sink with mirror.
The half bath has a large double vanity with a sink, two mirrors, and a makeup area with makeup mirror and seat. Black makeup towels are provided. It has a toilet and large open closet for hanging and folded clothing storage.
The kitchen is all new with quartz countertops and full tile backsplashes. The cabinet doors and drawers are all soft close. It has a very quiet Bosch dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and a range oven with an induction cook-top for safety. It has a powerful vent hood with lights that vents to the outside. The sink has a pull out faucet head, garbage disposal and there is lovely under cabinet lighting. There is a large island with stool seating for three and double hidden trash cans that pull out. The kitchen is complete with standard utensils and cooking needs, plus a Keurig coffee maker.
Grocery stocking prior to arrival is available for a fee, just speak with us to arrange.
There is a laundry closet off the kitchen that has a washer/dryer stack and storage.
The dining space has a dining table with seating for six and a beautiful view of the water, marina, and sunsets.
The living room space has a couch with chaise that pulls out into a full/double bed. There is an ottoman that also pulls out into a twin/single size bed.
The rear patio is large with seating and an umbrella to relax and enjoy the water views and the fantastic sunsets. We will be adding a dining area and smoker/grill to the patio soon!
We welcome medium sized dogs, up to 2, for a fee, and provide two folding crates that are stored under the master bed. The dogs are required to be crated when left alone and can not have separation anxiety and bark as it is a quiet building.
Guest access
Guest will be sent a QR code to show security at the gate prior to arrival.
Guests have the whole villa and can use the green space behind the patio. Our youngest daughter loved playing out there when we lived in the villa.
Guests can use the walking/biking/golf cart trails throughout the neighborhood and the park. Guests can explore along the marina but can not touch the boats.
Other things to note
If you want scuba dive or wish to get certified to dive, we can help arrange the classes for you. The owners are certified divers and one is a Certified PADI Instructor with connections to a great dive shop with dive charters.
You can also rent pontoon boats, jet skis, and take a shuttle to shell island all on Bay Point property.
