Located just minutes from Provincetown, this fully ADA-accessible property balances grand open spaces with the ultimate coastal privacy.

Beach Access: Deeded rights to a private North Truro beach just 0.3 miles from your door. We provide 8 beach chairs and beach towels.
The Kitchen: A chef’s dream featuring a Thermador 48" Pro Kitchen Stove, Miele Espresso machine, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and a massive 29.5 cu. ft. LG refrigerator.
Tech & Comfort: Central AC split systems in every room with individual temperature controls, a Sonos sound system (Living Room & Primary Bedroom), and a 75” TV with an infrared fireplace in the main living area.
Outdoor Living: Expansive decks wrap around the entire back of the home across all three levels, complemented by a refreshing outdoor shower.
Essentials Included: High-end cotton linens, towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and plenty of parking.

All bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable Nectar Beds dressed in premium all-cotton linens.
The Private Master Suite: Features its own private entrance, a dedicated office area, a 65" TV, a California King Nectar bed, and a massive private deck. The spa-like master bath includes dual sinks, double shower heads, and an incredible 8'x8' walk-in shower with skylights that open to make you feel like you are showering outdoors.
Main Floor Accessible Suite: A fully handicap-accessible room featuring a zero-curb roll-in shower, bench, grab bars, accessible sink, and toilet. Includes a desk, private deck, and a private entrance. (Perfect for guests with mobility needs, nannies, or private chefs).
Three Flexible Guest Rooms: Large, versatile bedrooms that can be configured as either two XL Twin beds or one California King. Twin sheet sets are conveniently located in each closet.
Bonus Room: Equipped with a comfortable Queen pull-out sofa. One must walk through this room to access the Primary bedroom
Living Spaces: An open-concept main floor boasts private, sweeping views from the dining room, kitchen, and living room. A stunning 20'x20' sunroom with a glass roof and surrounding windows floods the home with natural light. The entire main floor is fully ADA accessible.

Our nightly rates are managed and updated in real-time by Beyond Pricing. Their advanced algorithm compiles data across all comparable homes on the Outer Cape, cross-checking demand, time of year, and location to ensure you are always being charged the accurate, fair market rate.
📜 Guest Rules & Property Restrictions
We take great pride in our home and our relationship with our local community. Please read the following guidelines carefully before booking to ensure Videre is the right fit for your stay.
🚫 Firm Guest & Capacity Limits
Maximum Overnight Guests: 8 adults (children under 5 are excluded from this count).
Maximum Daytime/Evening Capacity: A strict limit of 12 people total on the property for the pool, daytime gathering, or dinners.
If you are looking to host larger groups, weddings, or bridal parties, we are unfortunately not the home or neighborhood for you. We kindly ask that you find a property that aligns with your headcount rather than trying to negotiate our guidelines.
🚨 Compliance & Enforcement
We are strictly and willingly bound by Truro Town Code, town bylaws, our neighborhood association, and critical environmental regulations.
NO AMOUNT of money offered before, during, or after your stay will permit extra guests.
Violations of the capacity limit will result in an immediate minimum $1,500 additional service fee and a potential police-assisted eviction.
🤫 Neighborhood Peace & Quiet
Videre is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
No amplified music is permitted outside at any time.
Truro enforces a strict 9:00 PM loud noise ordinance which must be respected.
🕒 Check-In Policy
No early check-ins are permitted.
Unlike standard hotels, a short-term luxury rental requires extensive time to maintain its high standards. Our cleaning and maintenance teams require the full 4-hour turnover window to meticulously clean and prep this 4,500 sq. ft. home for your arrival. There are no exceptions.
🏖️ Truro Beach Stickers
Truro beach stickers are available for purchase for $100, granting you access to any of Truro’s world-renowned public beaches.
Guest access
All access except garage and basement. Basement is a seperate walk-out-in-law apartment that is only used by myself(owner) as storage area.
Other things to note
-Again a reminder of max overnight guests are 8, maximum folks using the pool during 9AM-10:00PM hours are 12.
-No outside amplified music at anytime 24/7, and lastly, the maximum amount of dinner guests are 12 as well.
-Any additional guests at anytime will be an immediate $1500 service fee to start with immediate police eviction. This is ultimately enforced by neighbors, local police. And airbnb will tarnish your rating globally.
-There are also Security cameras on driveway and all exterior doors.
