The space
-We must stress here, that if you are looking for a vacation home for more than 8 guests(children under 10 excluded), or looking to have more than 12 people over during day for the pool, or at nighttime for dinners we are unfortunately not the home for you. Nor the neighborhood for you. Please please please find the home that can accommodate your wants, needs and desires rather than trying to change the simple guidelines of ours.
-We are willingly bound by Truro town code, Truro town bylaws, neighborhood association, and most importantly environmental issues. NO AMOUNT of money offered before, during, or after for extra folks will be a solution for you. It will only end in a minimum $1500 additional service fee and possible police assisted eviction.
-Nightly pricing is now confirmed and created by Beyond Pricing. They have created an algorithm that complies data on ALL similar homes on the Outer Cape and cross checks that you are being charged the market rate for similar homes by the time of year, demand, and location.

-Two reasons why no early checkin;
1. Short term rentals are not like hotels in that we must use the turnover time to fix any issues or upgrades for next guests to maintain the quality rental home we provide.
2. The sheer 4500sqft of home needs the 4 hours to clean. There are no exceptions.

-Three large bedrooms can be made up with two XL twins or California King. Sheets in each bedroom closet for twin setups. Bonus room with Queen pullout.
-Nectar Beds with all cotton linens
-Incredible neighborhood for jogging, walking, biking, running.
-Deeded beach rights to private North Truro beach .03 miles out the door. 8 Beach chairs, and towels provided.
-Pets welcome
-Open floor plan on main floor with private views from dining, kitchen, living, and 20x20 sun room with skylights and windows surrounding entire room. All ADA accessible.

Eric is a talented contractor but his vision is his forte. That his house is named “Videre” meaning “to see,” and “vision,” is a clue with a double entendre. Guest access
All access except garage and basement. Basement is a seperate walk-out-in-law apartment that is only used by myself(owner) as storage area.
Other things to note
-Again a reminder of max overnight guests are 8, maximum folks using the pool during 9AM-10:00PM hours are 12.
-No outside amplified music at anytime 24/7, and lastly, the maximum amount of dinner guests are 12 as well.
-Any additional guests at anytime will be an immediate $1500 service fee to start with immediate police eviction. This is ultimately enforced by neighbors, local police. And airbnb will tarnish your rating globally.
-There are also Security cameras on driveway and all exterior doors.
