Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. This lower level studio space is great for a couple's retreat or solo vacation. Guests will experience quiet nights after fun filled days at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. There will be neighbors in the unit above this listing. Home comes with basic kitchen essentials: a stovetop (no oven), mini refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
