The space
Unwind with coastal charm in our spacious home, featuring four bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests. Enjoy the gulf breeze from the patio, mornings with coffee, afternoon dips in the pool and evenings with relaxation. With smart TVs in every room and private bathroom ensuites, comfort is paramount. Beach access to beautiful white sand beaches is just steps away across the street.

LIVING AREA:
Find two large sofas, one having queen sleeper, two comfy chairs, complemented by a 65” smart TV. Personal streaming passwords required.

DINING:
Gather around the generous 8-person table and four bar seats for convivial family meals.

KITCHEN:
Discover ample cabinetry housing brand-new stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker and sizable pantry. Essential small appliances such as a toaster, blender, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, crock pot and griddle are provided.

COFFEE:
Keurig and drip coffee maker are available. Enjoy your first morning's coffee on us! A sampler of ground coffee, k cups, flavored syrups, sugars, creamer and variety of tea provided.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
First Floor:
Full bathroom boasts a tub/shower combination.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed + Ensuite
Bedroom 2: King bed + Ensuite
Bedroom 3: queen/queen bunk bed
Bedroom 4: Queen/queen bunk bed
Both bunk rooms share a full bathroom

BEACH AMENITIES:
Complimentary beach gear includes four chairs, beach wagon, and an array of sand toys. Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street 100 ft west.

GRILL:
A propane grill and grilling tools are provided for outdoor cooking.

POOL & PARKING:
- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
- Parking under the house for 4 cars

Must be 21 to book. Travel insurance should be purchased for stays March- October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, Beach closings, marine life present, etc.

EXPECTATIONS:
Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided.
Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel.
A starter supply of incidentals including:
- K Cups
- 2 Dishwasher Tablets
- 2 Laundry Pods
- 3oz Dish Soap
- Sponge
- 1 Trash Bag per can
- 1 Roll Paper Towel
- 1 Roll Toilet Paper per bathroom
