Welcome to The Den at Canyon Lake!
This adorable 3 bedroom cabin is located directly between the Canyon Lake Dam and The Guadalupe River's 4th Crossing. We have made this cozy home the perfect space for families and friends to play pool or darts in the garage .We have 2 beautiful covered porches with rocking chairs and a 4 person hot tub! The home has a fenced and gated backyard perfect for your pets. The Den is just 1 mile from the Canyon Lake Dam and .3 miles from The Guadalupe

The space
Our home sleeps 6 guests in beds and can accommodate a 7th guest on a fold away bed for a small extra charge.

The Living room offers a large cozy sectional sofa. We have a beautiful electric fireplace , several side tables and a 65" Smart Tv loaded with TV/Movie & Sports Apps.

In the Kitchen you will find all stainless appliances and an eat at bar height counter with seating for 2. We fully stocked the kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, a blender, a toaster and more! Always included dish soap, hand soap, & a complementary coffee bar !

In the Dining area we added a solid wood kitchen table with seating for 4.

The Master Bedroom is large and has a custom queen sized log bed, a 45" Smart TV for watching your favorite show. We have also added a small desk and desk chair just incase you need to work from home. This room also has a huge walk in closet.

The Master Bathroom has a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Towels, bath mats, hand soap and toilet paper always included.

Gray Guest Room: (aka Guest bedroom 1) This sweet room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps & a closet.

Yellow Guest Room: (aka Guest Room 2) This room offers an adorable queen sized bed, 1 Wall mounted barn lamp, 1 night stand, 1 fold away bed & a closet. ( 7th guest requires an extra guest fee)

The Guest Bathroom is located in the hall and offers a shower and single vanity. All bathrooms are fully equipped with assorted towel sizes, makeup remover towels & hair dryers.

Laundry Room: Located in the garage, electric washer/dryer for your needs and includes laundry detergent.

The Garage: Pool Table, Card Table, darts

Our backyard is fully fenced, 2 covered porches with various types of outdoor seating, a Charcoal BBQ , horse shoes and a 4 person hot tub.

Free Wi-Fi is included.

We have smart locks and will provide a custom code prior to arrival , you will have full access to the entire property

Other things to note
We are very near the 4th crossing on the Guadalupe River as well as the local VFW

We sleep 6 guests in beds and charge a small fee for a 7th guest. The 7th guest will have a roll away bed. Sheets and bedding provided.

We supply enough toilet paper & paper towels for a 2 night stay. If you plan to stay longer you will want to plan ahead for this.

If you leave the hot tub lid off for long periods of time you will be responsible for the $75 extra cleaning fee. The hot tub lid must be on while heating or not in use. In colder months it will loose heat quicker with the lid off.

If you leave the FIREPIT burning and go to bed or leave the property, you will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund & will earn a 1 star review. We are very serious about protecting our home and our neighbors from fire damage. Thank you for understanding and don’t forget to check the status of our local burn ban BEFORE starting a fire.
