The recently renovated apartment with characteristic wooden ceilings is composed of a wide living room with wide tv screen, huge dining and kitchen room with fireplace, fancy terrace and three bright suites all with ensuite bathroom. Design furniture all over the house, high speed internet and a sophisticated touch make this unique apartment the best choice for a unique stay!

The space
Spacious three bedrooms apartment with big living room with 60 inches TV flat screen, wide kitchen with dining area and fireplace. Three suites, all with ensuite bathroom. Two with shower and one with bath tub. King bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two suites, working space in all bedrooms and a very cozy terrace with plants and outdoor furniture.

PLEASE DO NOT SET AIRCOND CONTROLS UNDER 20 DEGREES. IT WILL COOL PERFECTLY. IF YOU SET TO 16-18 DEGREES IT WILL PRODUCE ICE AND BREAK. WE WILL APPLY A FEE!

Other things to note
Central Heater and Hot Water: Please note that when you open the hot water it will take at least 60-90 seconds to come out and do not touch it during it comes out and during the shower or it will stop and the restart. So open it and leave it open and it will flow per fly during all the shower or bath.
